Boba Wings — Restaurant in Antioch

I am giving this Quickly location a 3 star rating based on my overall experience. The 3 stars are for the drinks and food they offer. Everything I have ordered there has been GREAT. If it wasn't for the bad customer service I have experienced each and every time I go there, I would definitely give it a 5 star rating. I usually go in the afternoon or early evenings during the week on my way home from work. So my customer service experience is a usual one and not based on a one time visit. I mention this because I know everyone has their days and it wouldn't be fair to say that they have bad customer service if I have only been there once and caught this young Asian kid in a bad mood or if he was having a bad day. Every time I have gone in for my usual Boba milk Tea. This kid has either been rude, has had a "I am smarter than you" attitude when taking my order. I guess that would fit in as being rude but that isn't the only thing he does to have me feeling like he gives me bad customer service. He also always takes his time with making my drink whether it is busy or not. Anyway, If you want a good drink or snack and don't mind the things I mention above, then I would recommend this...

First time coming here. I got a pork bahnmi (sandwich) and it was おいしい, masarap aka very delicious. The meat was flavorful and not dry. The bread was good outside crusty but still moist on the inside. It was a big sandwich too, I had enough to share.. but everyone gobbled it up super quick and I was happy with half. I also got fish balls which I haven't ate since I was in the Philippines. They're not the super chewy kind then we're of the soft pillowy kind but you have to ask for and pay for the sauce. Used grubhub for delivery. Everything is fine except for the most important factor: the food. I ordered an extra porkchop on the side. It was half-cooked and there was still blood. It was chewey. I had to put it back in the oven. Put salt and pepper then broil. I also ordered chicken sandwich for my son. The bread was hard as a rock. There was no sauce. It was so dry and bland.
