Domino’s is supposed to be a reliable go-to. Working in San Francisco, commuting back-and-forth every day, I like to be able to call in a pizza order sometimes rather than cooking at the end of an already long day.
Unfortunately, service at this location just really sucks. I ordered my pizzas with the regular crust, and I got the crust paper thin. I got the chicken and loaded tots, both were burned. I mean, come on.
ADDED NOTE: 06 FEBRUARY 2025 The owner/management posted a reply last month that seemed like a sincere apology. They asked me to reached out and provide them with some information so that they could make it right. So I did reach out several weeks ago to the email address provided, and have received no response. Evidently, the apology wasn't as sincere as it appeared. I am downgrading to one star and won't be returning to this Domino's in the future.
And I just want to be clear: I feel like Domino's as a whole is a pretty good chain. The pizzas are decent and the service is usually quick and friendly most of the other locations I've been to. I just don't recommend this...

I have about a 50/50 chance of my order being right. Do not ever pay in advance via card at this location. You will be screwed. If you just need easy food for a large group and have cash? This is not a bad place. If you pay by card, you will get half your order or half wrong and be charged. I've learned not to trust this group and ordered 1 med pizza and 1 salad. Set to pay in cash with $12 tip if they got it right. They didnt and still wanted me to pay for missing salad. Xtreme Pizza has yet to mess up on over 40 orders and the pizza is far better. First time just called and let the manager know and said have a great day 2nd time a week later I refused the order. The manager called 3 days later explained they are short staffed and gave me a free order of what I ordered previously. Ok cool I thought then I try to order food a cpl weeks later and get a message it cant be completed I call the store to ask what's going on thinking maybe their application is being weird but no they wont do buisness with me or my address anymore apparently.
