Domino's Pizza — Restaurant in Antioch

The person taking my order wasn't properly listening. He did not have any respect... In the middle of placing my order, the phone ringed and he answered and took someone else's order over the phone. Then he came back to me acting clueless of my order. I had to keep repeating my order over and over again....like 4 tmes! When he finally got my simple two medium pizzas with two toppings correct, he tried to charge me $43.00. I then told him that I want the coupon price of $5.99 per medium pizza. Smh I felt like this guy did not care to provide me with quality customer service nor did he seem to want me to benefit from the coupon rate with my order. Then, when I recieved my pizzas, they had lime green slimy looking stuff squirted all over the box around my pizza. Looked so disgusting! When I asked what in the heck was that lime green stuff?! Another employee there told me it was garlic sauce. I've never seen such in all my years of ordering dominoes pizza from other locations. I will not be going here again! They are just some...

My order was $43. I ordered over the phone and payed with my card. The delivery guy came to my door, the second I open the door, he says you still owe us $5. I looked at him and said no, i paid over the phone with my card, how do I still owe you $5??? He said the person who rang me up iver the phone forgot to ring me up as a delivery. I told him that wasnt fair, I wasn't the one who made the mistake. I still paid the $5.00. The delivery guy handed me my food then left. I looked at all my items and noticed that the guy gave me someone's hot sandwich with my order. I called the pizza store immediately to let them know that I had someones sandwich. Thw man told me to enjoy the sandwich. This happened today 9/23/2020. Not sure I will be ordering...
