Little Caesars Pizza — Restaurant in Antioch

The guys working the counter were very kind, so I want this review to be a reflection of just the interaction I had with the manager who refuses to replace or refund an undercooked deep dish by saying it's the customer's fault.

Apparently we asked for too many toppings and split the pizza.

It makes zero sense, since the two halves are cooked separately because the breads are actually the base for another dish, and two of them equal one deep dish. He COULD have cooked the second half longer, but chose not to split the pizza up rather than cooking it properly, ensuring one side was either burned or not done.

It's poor management and shows he really doesn't care about the customer(s), or quality, just as long as we pay the bill.

Instead, it's easier to blame the customer and ignore complaints. This isn't the first time they've undercooked our deep dish, but this WAS my first attempt to have them rectify their mistakes. Now, we just won't eat there anymore.

The worst service I have ever encountered!!!! The girl at the register asked me can I help you, so I say two bags of garlic sticks, so instead of getting my order she turns around goes to the back where you can see everything and starts getting pizzas ready for the box and starts cutting the pizzas, tthen she starts filling other orders, I eat this for about 3 minutes when I ask what about my order, she says there were others ahead of me, I asked why then did you ask me what I want, and the garlic bread was ready and only 4 feet away from us, she didn't care and she didn't speak English very well either, I just turned and left. Another food establishment where the counter person doesn't say hello may I please help you with a smile....

I bought a 5$ lunch combo today and I usually buy them at Brentwood but I was in Antioch and decided to buy a combo I was unfortunate to have went there and bought this combo the pizza was disgusting and tasted like if it was made 2 days ago my friend took one bite of it because I thought I was the only one with this taste and my friend immediately threw up and I ate one slice and threw the rest away because It tasted badly I hope you guys actually do your pizzas right and fresh because I’m always buying lunch combos at the same time and place which is in Brentwood and they taste amazingly fresh and good first time buying the 5$ combo at this place never...
