The waitress pretended to only speak Spanish when we tried to order she asked if any of us speak Spanish. She refused to take out order until our family who speaks Spanish came in to translate. Of course she responded in English when he spoke Spanish to her lol. When asked if the have Margherita, she said, "burrito ??" haha, but he asked in Spanish and wouldn't you know it's Margherita in Spanish too.
They over charge EVERYTHING. Nothing was correct from the menu to our bill. She kept saying taxes, but extra taxes on top of the extra charges? When we brought the bill to their attention, they said extra taxes on food and then total bill gets an additional tax. That is illegal.
Definitely a place you go for the food but not expecting great service. We heard so many great things about this place... customer service wasn't one of them. Our family member was so embarrassed how horrible...
