Alondra’s appliance — Local services in Antioch

Three weeks ago I moved back to California. The house I rented had no washer, dryer or fridge so I need to get them ASAP.... New appliances are just so expensive these days. In the past I have bought good used appliances and so I thought let's try that first before I go out and spend extra money I may not need to be doing... I went on Google search and Alondra's popped up and this was my first stop, which became my last....

The customer service I recieved from the moment I walked into the store was more then this single mom could ask for. I was greeted right away and all my questions where answered and in such away it all made sense.

All the appliance I was told are tested for a period of time, cleaned, disinfected, and maintenance, plus they come with a warrant and personal guarantee to be in better then good shape....

The selection was also great from gas to electric and then the prices where in my budget... I told him what I would like if possible and what my budget was, he said not a problem and showed me my options and yes I even had some good options...

After about 30 mins there I had not only purchased 3 items, a washer and dryer set, front loading with bells and whistles and a better fridge then I originally thought I would get and asked for, all lower then buying a brand new fridge or washer and dryer set at the big guys store.... best part he delivered it and set it up the same day....

So I could not be happier with what I bought and the service recieved... I will definitely go back for other stuff and would recommend going to Alondra's first. You never know what kind of deal you will find... Most of all you are supporting the local small businesses and not the big commercial stores..

I was desperately looking for a washer and dryer for my new apartment and after going to home depot and not letting them take an arm and a leg for a basic washer and dryer I decided to look elsewhere. Then a friend of mine referred me to Alondras appliances, where he had already bought a washer from and was very happy with the price and service. I drove down there and the first thing I noticed was the amount of merchandise and the quality they have to choose from. It took me no more than 20 minutes to find the LG red matching set my wife was dreaming of for a very fair price. I wasn't even done paying when the manager order his workers to load them up to my truck saying, "Vamos! Vamos! Vamos!. I recommend this spot to everyone trying to get a bang...

The staff went well above and beyond my expectations when making my purchase, while installing a new washing machine there was an issue with my water pipe that restricted the new unit from fitting instead of trying to upsell or just rescheduling until i repaired the pipe myself; Alondras scheduled a contractor to estimate the cost to inset the water pipe and kept in constant contact with me throughout the entire process, the end result is the pipe was inset at a fantastic price the washer was installed and this was all complete in under a week. Thank you Oscar and team for your professionalism and excellent customer service!! You will be my first choice whenever I need...
