Miller's Cafe — Restaurant in Antioch

I have frequent this establishment many at times with my family and wife. Can I have never had the service I had today when it was the same waiter that usually wait on my table. I have never felt so sick with only eating not even half of my plate. I had an instant headache I had vomit twice and also had three BMS my stomach was hurting so bad I had to call the ambulance. The waiter didn't got the owner or manager at the time which is a cook. He was very unprofessional and said to me that all of the food is cooked together and he feed the homeless every day I said to him I am not homeless I am a pay customer also a LPN nurse for 27 years. The waitress then said my cousin is a nurse and it takes about an hour to get food poisoning I said your cousin is not here to evaluate me as you see me going in the bathroom twice already and I don't feel good I am very sick, she then said what are you going to do call a lawyer and try to sue us? In a rude loud tone among voice. I then waved my hands saying get out my face I don't feel good feeling like I'm going to be sick again. The manger then said if you don't pay for the food don't come back her again, I said I have the money to pay for the food but I need to call for help. The manger said you can leave i feed everyone the same thing, I said everyone do not oder the same food especially The Omelette have to be cook to order. The he said again I feed the homeless and nothing wrong with the food. Then the waitress said you have to be there for like a hour for food poisoning to kick in then I told her she was incorrect it's 20 to 30 minutes and I have been there about a hour and 15 minutes already she said her cousin is a Nurse too and question me what kind of nurse are you a caregiver or RN. I then said please get out my face please Imma call the police, I HAVE NEVER BEEN SO DISRESPECTED IN MY LIFE IN FRONT OF OTHERS. THEY DIDNT HAVE NO COMPASSION FOR ME FEELING ILL IN THEIR ESTABLISHMENT , FEELING LIKE I WAS GOING TO PASS OUT. I WENT BACK TO THE RESTAURANT VOMMITTING AGAIN , STOMACH HURTING ,SWEATING , MY THROAT HURTING AND NOW A HEADACHE, I HAVE NEVER BEEN TREATED SO BAD IN MY LIFE COMING TO CALIFORNIA FROM GA. AND BEING AA. BECAUSE I'M BLACK DID IT LOOK LIKE I WAS HOMELESS? DID YOU GIVE ME OLD FOOD YOU FEED TO THE HOMELESS THATS WASNT NO GOOD. WHY DID IT MATTER WHAT KIND OF NUSRING FIELD I WAS IN? AND YOUR COUSING BEING A NURSE HAVE TO DO WITH ME BEING SICK FROM YOUR FOOD, IVE ALWAYS BEEN A PAYING CUSTOMER SO WHY TODAY I HAD TO GET FEED WHAT YOU FEED THE HOMELESS. AS IF I DIDNT HAVE MONEY TO PAY MY BILL. I WAS WELL GROOMED, HAIR DONE, MAKEUP AND ALWAYS POST MY FOOD AND GO LIVE ON SOCIAL MEDIA AT FOOD RESTAURANTS AND BARS.... TO SHOW MY FAMILY BACK HOME. I 100%FEEL HE INTENTIONALLY SERVE ME FOOD THAT WAS NO GOOD LIKE THE BACON AND THE SAUSAGE PATTY. THIS ESTABLISHMENT HAS CAMERAS AND THE TIME IS NOW 9:09 P.M. AND THE POLICE OFFICER STILL HAS NOT CAME OUT TO TAKE THE POLICE REPORT IN ANTIOCH CALIFORNIA. I WAS CHECKED OUT BY THE AMBULANCE AND THEN WENT HOME TOOK A SHOWER TOOK SOME ZOFRAN DRUNK WATER AND STILL HAVE NOT HEARD FROM THE POLICE DEPARTMENT YET. I WOULD NOT SUGGEST YOU GO TO ESTABLISHMENT BY YOURSELF FOR THEM TO JUDGE YOU A COMPARE YOU WITH A HOMELESS PERSON. BECAUSE YOU ARE BLACK THEN TWO BLACK LADYS CAME IN AND WAS EATING THERE FOOD WHEN I WENT TO THE RESTROOM THE LAST TIME VOMMITTING THEY THEN ASK FOR TOOGO BOXES. I CAME OUT THE RESTROOM AND JUST WENT OUT SIDE TO WAIT FOR THE AMBULANCE TO COME...

Me and my husband come here every other week for about 3 years now. This place is amazing. The service here is great! The server Hoda is great, she makes you feel welcomed and is always so kind. She offers to re fill your coffee often and constantly checking in on you. The food, you will NOT be disappointed. They have hands down the best French toast in all of Antioch/Brentwood. We come for that, we have tried so many places and no one makes them like they do. Today we tried their chilaquiles and I was so amazed of how good they were. They come with rice and beans and two eggs. Again. I have tried so many chilaquiles in the area and these are the best. Now I’ll be conflicted to choose between the two. Also. I have got to be satisfied when I eat and nobody gets the chance to make me feel this way if I have a bad experience one time and I've eaten here everyday for about 2 years give or take I've been in the Bay area for a while and tried almost everywhere, This is one of the best cafes around in my opinion from the service giving you a unbelievably warm and welcome comfortable feeling of hospitality! the coffee is great down to anything I've ordered has been consistently delicious and homemade like your family owned the place I wouldn't change a thing this is exactly what a cafe is supposed to be in every sense thank you for the experience Miller's...
