So I just left. My Wife put in a mobile order. Which should have reflected what items were are were not available as they usually do. It did not.
She ordered 3 frapachino and 2 hot sandwiches. The only thing available from our order was the grilled cheese. And the people behind the counter decided to make that and then wait for someone to show up to change the rest of the order. Odd. Grilled cheese is generally a hot sandwich.
So, we get the orders for the drinks changed and my wife informs me that ANY other sandwich would be fine for a replacement. Which I pass on to the girl working behind the counter. Who then tells me they will refund one of the sandwiches for the mix up. Great. Thank you and all that. Someone calls my wife’s name and hands me the three drinks. I assume the sandwich is coming shortly behind it so I step back and wait. After about 4 minutes a guy asks if I am waiting for anything else. I tell him the sand which. He goes looking and informs me that no sandwich is being cooked. So I ask the girl if she knows what happened and she stares at me like I am crazy. So I tell them I must have miscommunicated and tell them again that ANY other hot sandwich would be fine. They grab one and place it in the oven and then stand at the register looking at me. So I walk up and they give me the total for the new sandwich. I raise an eye brow but am over it with this place at this point. They take back the refund they gave me for the mixup to pay for the sandwich.
So I return home with my second choice drinks, second choice sandwich and cold grilled cheese. Which my son will now not eat.

Read moreThis occurred today 5/28/2024 between 9:30am and 9:40am. I went to the drive through ordered my drink and pulled up to the window where you pay and receive your drink. When I arrived at the window the employee standing at the window did not say anything and when I looked at him he looked away avoiding eye contact. I sat there with my debit card waiting to pay but this employee never said anything to me. I continued to wait and around 5 minutes later this employee says “Can you park in front of the store and we will bring your drink out to you” He never asked me to pay. I pulled to the front of the store and waited but no one came out to the car. I went into the store and asked about my drink. An employee with red hair said, “We never received payment and asked to go to the cashier and they’ll help me” This ver bad customer service on the part of the employee working the driver through and the supervisor. Read moreVERY long wait. It appeared they gave the customer ahead of the wrong items in their order as they keep giving and taking back food items. When I got up to the drive in window. I told they young man I had 1 or 2 rewards and to please look it up. He deducted it from my card without asking me if wanted to use them. I would have only used one but he denied me that option! Then he tried to give me the wrong drink. I repeated my order of "decade black and white mocha vente. He gave me a tall white chocolate mocha. I told him what I had ordered and he remade it again! Then he told me they won't charge for the venti! He already used my free coffee! I am thinking maybe I should use a different Sb's or drive farther to Peets! I felt sorry for all the cars...
