Family & I went in yesterday & ordered 4 sandwiches. 3 of which were either made in error, or were completely over sauced, that by the time we got home to eat them, they were soggy, as well as almost every bite, the sandwiches were dripping in sauce. With my own sandwich, I they messed up on it multiple times. It got so bad, I told them I didn't want the sandwich any longer. They did seem concerned and remade me a new sandwich, that was had so much sauce in it, that it seems like they get paid by how much sauce is in each sandwich, not paid by the hour. Right before i was going to pay, they offered me a coupon for next time, for the inconvenience. I took the coupon, which was for a bogo (buy 2 sandwiches get the 3rd half off, which was cool. However, unfortunately it was only good for a store somewhere in Richmond 🙄😒. At that point, it was no longer worth my time and energy. To top it off, both my wife &I, sandwiches gave us a stomach ache and we had to her the restroom more than once after we ate the sandwiches. Never again will I enter, nor eat at this poor excuse for a subway.

Two Saturdays ago from today - I ordered two 6inch sandwiches. One in particular was the "#20" a Chicken Ranch Bacon ..its the one Warriors player Klay Thompson does a tv spot for. .... Got it home 6min later, the honey wheat bread was sometimes else I didn't order & was extra soft, the whole sandwich was kind of "flat". The meat was lacking and looked like chicken salad slapped between some dry bread, with very little cheese AND two strips of bacon. THE SANDWICH LOOKED NOTHING LIKE ALL THE PICTURES YOU SEE OF IT!!!! ... The sandwich we see says "I'm expensive"...the sandwich you get? Says "find me at the 99 Cents store" .... Also two bags of Chips we bought were all broken small pieces, and the Lemonade was flat af!! Don't they taste-test the sodas etc. to make sure they're mixed properly???!!!

Very bad costumer service I placed an order on line they messed up my order I went back and they defused to fix it I then asked for a refund they refused that as well I was caused at by the guy in front of other costumers they don’t even wash their hands after they make sandwich’s or change gloves nor do they clean the knifes they use I work in a deli I would never treat a costumer they I was treated yesterday what happened to costumers are always right so I filed a complaint still waiting to hear back please avoid going to this location they are lucky my husband was not there it...
