Subway — Restaurant in Antioch

This place is super annoying because they have on their door posted. They are open till 10 PM. Online they also have themselves listed as open until 10 PM. I ordered two sandwiches the other night at 9:15 PM and paid for them on the online app. I then went down to go pick up the sandwiches and the door was locked. I looked in and saw someone cleaning and knocked on the door which they looked up quickly and said they were closed and looked back down. I knocked again and did the same thing the third time I knocked super hard and said I ordered online and need some help. Reluctantly, the person came and told me they were close. I said you’re posted right here and pointed to the sign that showed 10 PM and he said that that was wrong. I also told him that it was posted online the same and he said that was wrong and old as well on Mike Wolfe maybe you should fix that? He was annoyed with being bothered and said to call management in the morning to deal with it and lock the door. This is some of the worst Customer Service I’ve ever dealt with not to mention I was hungry in one of my sandwiches. I live right down the street from this place and I’ve been a customer for the last seven years. I will now because of this terrible service, be using this place at the least amount as possible. They obviously have people working there that don’t care about the customers and it shows and every time I do going to pick up a sandwich that I ordered online. The atmosphere is like a morgue. No one is friendly here. No one seems happy and it’s a depressing place to come into. Not to mention the front door is always broken and cracked or something. Worst customer service ever. Waited in line for 15 minutes only to be told by one worker that the other one would help me then they both went into the back room for a few minutes and when they came out they proceeded to put stuff away and clean up while having their back towards me but I told them that I had placed an order online but I needed to order two more sandwiches one of them grabbed the bag from under the counter set it up on the counter and then turn around and proceeded to clean who is the rudest and worst customer service I've ever experienced I will...

This place used to be nice, last visit was awful though. It was hotter inside than the 98 degrees outside, the sandwich prep stations didn't seem to be working or the hood above the bread oven. Stale bread, sweating vegetables, and two workers just sat at the tables as 4 people were in line waiting to order. The workers were irritated, which I would be too if I was getting minimum wage to work in a sauna, but it makes for a very poor experience. I'm letting the health inspector know to check this place and make sure they can keep the food fresh...
