I am writing to express my disappointment with the service I recently received at your restaurant. I have been a loyal customer for years, but my latest visit was very disappointing.

The food was served cold, and when I brought it to the waitress’s attention, she responded with a bad attitude and argued back instead of helping. It was clear she did not care about the customers or their experience.

I strongly suggest that you retrain your staff on customer service and professionalism. I have always enjoyed coming to Las 3 Marias, but because of this poor experience, I will not be returning unless the service improves.

Had seen this place advertised on FB and finally got a chance to try it out today. I always forget to take pics! Ordered a combo plate with beef taco, tamale and chicken enchilada. Of course chips and salsa appeared as soon as I sat down. Chips were still warm from being freshly made and were crispy and lightly salted. The combo came about seven minutes later. I launched into the refried beans and rice, I always start that way. The taco was big, crispy and tasty. I got through half the tamale, just the right size for a combo plate and delicious. Used to think this was gd fd. Not anymore. Terrible fd, always seemed to be old rice, old leftover meats in burritos now. Meat used in hamburgers ( definitely do not like anymore ) Some staff friendly,some not so friendly. Several orders were not what I ordered...prices were rang up incorrectly a couple times, Overall ...I no longer eat there...I can get much better fd elsewhere without the hassle of guessing if my order w/b correct & of gd quality.
