Jack in the Box — Restaurant in Antioch

I love Jack in the box ive always loved their Sourdough jack They've been my all time favorite and Loaded breakfast sandwich too! And I'm glad they accept EBT cause I can get whatever I want! I order alot from Jack in the box thats because i just love all their food there, i wish they had Godzilla X Kong and I'd get myself a Kong box or if they had Mini Kong or Skar King too, And id get something for my friend Legoshi too if he wanted one, and I'm very happy they have Deadpool and Wolverine there too! I got the fan fav box with Deadpool on it and the little Deadpool Jack head he's so cute i even took him with me to go join the adventure with Deadpool and Wolverine too! I also love their poppers too and cinnamon French toast sticks and Boba iced coffee too and Twisted Soda too! I just love everything from Jack in the box and Their Waffle sticks too, I used to get chimken sandwiches off the dollar menu with my humans but that was boring, the other stuff are really good and better then just Chimken sandwiches, Love Jack...

Went 2/22/2022 and they didn’t give me my order complete again. I have a big family so I order multiple items and sadly ONCE AGAIN items where missing. I can’t go thru all five bags counting each thing because I am holding the line for them so I go my way. I never go back to get the items but today was the last straw. I went back and told them about it and to please throw in some churros for making me come back. Well they denied I existed, they said I was lying and that I was not gona get anything. The original guy from the drive thru came back and remembered me. He finally said who put the order in the bags and stupid lady was the one giving me a hard time. This whole time they had the rest of the order there and knew they had done something wrong because of the extra food they had. Most of the food coming out is decent. I still eat here....i dont recommend the eggrolls(one of my favorite) at this jnb unfortunetly. I tried on 3 diff occasions. Every time the tasted horrible. Easy to figure out the problem.they dont change the oil often enough. I would eat here way more often if the did. I asked the gal working the fryer the very first time...caus i knew that they tasted off...she said they needed to change it. So they know what the prob is...theres seems to be an issue with getting new oil in..or who knows what...enjoy but dont set ur standards to high... Its unfortunate...i live 1 minute away and i can barely eat there.....PLS CHANGE UR WAYS SO I CAN...
