TOGO'S Sandwiches — Restaurant in Antioch

Went here to get a sandwich to go and when I walked in no one was around. I had to yell for someone to come out multiple times. Once the guy came out he was very rude like I was interrupting him. I told him I had a sandwich to go and he threw it on the counter. He was covered in hickies all over his neck. It was extremely disgusting and that’s not something you want to see when you’re in a restaurant. Very unprofessional, gross and definitely made my stomach turn. After that, I completely lost my appetite. This isn’t the first time I’ve encountered someone at this location covered with hickies all over their neck. These employees always look very dirty and really don’t care how they look. The sandwich wasn’t the best. I’ve never had an issue like this with their food but I definitely won’t be ordering from this location again!! Do better Togo’s!! Hire people who actually present themselves in a...

Of course the food at this location is good as is all Togo's locations. The workers are friendly, polite and professional. But (yes, there's a but) I have ordered from here on two separate occasions through their (Togo's app) and both times our food was not ready when we got there. That wouldn't be an issue if it was a couple minutes past the pick up time, but it was a full 10 minutes the first time and 15 minutes the second time. Here's the worst part of it... the first time I was told the order had just came through and the second time the employee was honest and told me she had no order at all. She checked the info on my phone to verify the order and apologized then made our sandwiches as soon as she finished the customer's order ahead of me. Not her fault but she fixed the issue. I'm always rushed to push me out the door. Like today. And I was the only one in there. I had three sandwiches. She didn't write anything down and all 3 sandwiches were wrong. When I gave her my reward coupon she said it was for online order only and it wouldn't be accepted. My coupon doesn't say online only. I told her I've used my rewards here before. Was adamant about it being online. And once I was visibly upset that's when she asked for my phone number. Sure enough it popped up and my coupon was honored. Then get all somber when I don't tip. Got all the way home and all my sandwiches...
