Recently visited 7Hills Cafe through a friend’s suggestion, their Chicken tikka puff and Junnu are must try. I personally liked their Curry Leaf Chicken, Chiken lollipop and chiken pakodi, they were spicy to the right level and resonably priced. It’s a good spot for someone who needs to stop a quick chai and puffs.

So we drove by and have been seeing more and more Indian food trucks popping up in Apex. A few folks have suggested to try them out. The two owners were present with the truck. They were friendly, helpful in making suggestions. We tried the chicken tikka dosa and the egg dosa. Both were flavorful and a unique mix and blend. I would recommend trying them out. Hopefully they take my suggestion of a QR code for increasing their Google...

Tried 7 Hills Food Truck and everything was delicious.

The chicken pakodi was crispy and packed with flavor. Chilli chicken had that perfect spicy-saucy combo. Loved the mirchi bajji crunchy and just the right amount of heat. The puffs were flaky with tasty fillings. Junnu was creamy and brought back so many memories. Millet dosas were light, healthy, and full of flavor.

Definitely worth a visit if you’re craving good South Indian...

The food here is really awesome! I tried the idly, and it gave me that perfect homemade feel. The chutneys tasted just like the ones we have at home — so fresh and flavorful. The millet dosa was also amazing, crispy and tasty. I also tried their junnu, and it was really good too!

I didn’t get to try everything, but the items I had were truly worth it. Definitely...
