I usually don't write reviews, but it seems when I walk into any retail restaurant with a large order you can kind of expect employees to roll their eyes or seem annoyed that you have a large order. Eventually you get used to it. I had 3 large subs made today by Braeden (apologies if I got his name wrong). My order was a vague text message from a friend and Braeden was patient with me as I read out the order, asked questions to make sure the order was correct, referred to me as "sir", polite and prompt, and his general attitude tells me that he enjoys this job which is rare nowadays. He was the only employee there I could see and everything in the store appeared stocked and clean. Two thumbs up from me, I hope Subway...

She told the other employees that she hated them. No apology or explanation was given. I am a supervisor at a fast food restaurant, and there is no way I would let employees act like that. She said no and I appreciate that attitude of someone who is willing to work hard for no glory. So I left a decent tip. Thanks for reminding me what customer service is meant to be.
