Pizza Hut — Restaurant in Arcadia Lakes

If I could give this no stars I would! My food was not only an hour late which it was already a hour wait time, I had to call and ask where it was! I was told that it was on its way at that moment , however it was just sitting there! When it arrived it was cold and the driver said oh just call and they will remake it. I called and I spoke to the manager teawanna or however you spell her name and she immediately was blaming the call center for telling me the wrong wait time and offered me a $10 credit! That is u acceptable seeing as my food was late, cold and not what u ordered. I asked for corporates number and she started to give it to me! I asked why they could not remake it and send out immediately she said oh you asked for a refund I said no I did not I asked you what you can do to resolve the issue. She said they would remake it! I called back to remind them no garlic on crust and the girl that answered refused to give me her name and told me that they were not remaking it! I demended to speak with the manager again only to be told oh she is busy it will be awhile. The girl came back and told me yes they are remaking it but it will be 45 minutes. I asked for corporates number and I wanted her name and she refused to give it to me, I then said I’ll wait for manager and she said ok! She left the phone off the hook while you heard them laughing in background. They eventually hung up on me! By the way the number they gave me says if I need to complain about the franchise I need to call store directly so it did not help! I’m going to look for owners...

I am not normally the type to leave negative reviews but this just got me.

I ordered online for pick up. During the order process there's a tipping space. I chose to not leave a tip as I was already spending $40 with added coupons, and having worked in the service industry for 20+ years I know that these positions (QSR restaurants) are not dependent on their tips like say my server at Applebee's who makes $2.13/hr. The young woman working the register initially couldn't locate my order, which is no big deal to me until she made automatically went to "you must've ordered at a different location" before trying again to run my entire phone number. Whatever, kind of rude but I ignore it. She finds the order, prints the credit slip, full on examines it and says, in her deadest sounding customer service voice, "Oh Did you wanna sign this and go a head and leave me a tip on there" as she passed the pen and paper over.

Where I come from, this is considered Rude. As. HELL. The cashier didnt cook my pizza, the cook did. Is there tipshare? I shouldve asked all these questions in person but i didnt. I ended up leaving an extra $5 but only because I had high hopes for my food.

My "Thin and Crispy" that was supposed to have the Parmesan cheese sauce instead of Marinara was certainly thin but definitely NOT crispy. More like floppy, and it still had Marinara not the Parmesan.

Ordered a pizza at 4:30 at 6:15 it stated it was delivered .Checked the app the DoorDasher never came on our street . Called Pizza hut they say you need to DoorDash . Door dash then says will send a driver expect it at 7:09 . 7:22 comes we call door dash once again they said the door dasher Teddy cancled the order . Called Pizza Hut said will pick it up at this time 40 min later a manager says door dash needs to put an order in being they stole the order . Called door dash again May says I’m sending a ticket for a pickup and delivery stated you will see your pizza now at 9:03 . 9:05 call door dash and Pizza Hut at the same time . Pizza Hut put us on hold . Door dash says Pizza Hut canceled the order. 40 min later Pizza Hut picks up and asked if there is a M.O.D . Young lady states I’m the manager . I asked why did you put me on hold for 40 min when she is the one that picked up the phone when I asked for a manager . She says it wasn’t me . Asked her for her name she refuses to give me her name . Asked the name of the store manager she refused to give me there name or when they would be in to get a refund . So 5 hrs later door dasher calls and says our order has been cancelled and...
