Blaze Pizza — Restaurant in Arcadia

This is the saddest Blaze. I was so excited that I didn’t have to drive to Pasadena or Monrovia anymore but I think I’ll make the drive. Coming in every single time there isn’t a line but the people making your pizza will stall and take forever to acknowledge you until there is 10 people piled up behind you. All the staff, literally all the staff don’t care at all. On top of that, when I ask for topping they give me half a handful and ask what other toppings I want…I’m not one to pile up on toppings but it’s sad to see when I ask for pepperoni they gave me 7 pieces until I asked him if I can have more and I’m constantly asking them for more and more. Each topping I ask for gets less and less. I’m not sure what’s going on but it seems that this location is getting worse by the day. Pasadena and Monrovia location puts toppings and doesn’t seem stingy about it. I really hope management does something about this because it upsets me that I have to stand there for 5 minutes to watch staff walk around moving whatever it is they move during opening hours and not even acknowledging that I’m standing there until a whole crowd is behind me. There’s also one particular staff that assumed I wanted a red sauce before I could even...

Staff not as friendly. We with family/friends and 5 toddlers. The group of people in front was ordering things with meat and touching everything. We are vegan and asked the guy if he could change his cloves and to this he got upset and said his cloves were clean. I informed him I’ve been standing here as he prepared everyone else meal and it would be beneficial to us if he could change his cloves before preparing my meal. He got visibly annoyed and walked away while someone else came and prepared the pizza. Later on everyone was having a good time and the staff told us to have our kids be quiet. There was no one else in the store except for the 10 of us.

Today I went back there again to pick up a large vegan cheese pizza. Upon getting home the pizza was burned and not even cut properly. This is safe to say we will not be going back...

I’ve been a regular customer at Blaze Pizza, visiting about twice a month with my child, so I know what a normal portion of toppings looks like. However, my experience today was extremely disappointing.

One of the staff members, a man with a beard, was rude and seemed to be intentionally giving me less toppings. He only put seven pieces of pepperoni on my pizza, while the customer before me got a pizza fully covered with pepperoni. When I asked for extra mushrooms, he told me they were out of mushrooms, but his attitude was dismissive. I also ordered pineapple and spinach, and both were given in very small amounts, much less than usual.

The poor service and unfair treatment make me question whether I should keep coming back. I hope management addresses this issue because this is not the kind of experience I expect from...
