On 3/26 I brought my iPhone XS in for screen replacement. The lady initially told me they are out of that screen but after calling her "boss" she was able to find a screen. After I left the store I noticed the screen will from time to time scroll to the top of any page I am in. I bought it back to the store and the lady said this "happens sometime" and replacement the screen for me on 4/11. The second screen dramatically killed my battery. I went from lasting all day to my phone dieing around 2pm with minimum usage. The screen was also hot all the time. Then on 4/13 I started to notice hairline lines showing up in the middle of my screen. Since I live very far I cannot go in to have them check it out right away and by the end of the week the lines became cracks. When I take it back to the store they refuse to replace the screen again. I will avoid this establishment...

They deserve 100 stars! We took our totally nonfunctioning iPhone in and Mr. Russ Rasooli fixed it perfectly. He also clearly explained what had happened. We had been traveling and had taken the iPhone to a shop in Las Vegas. The phone was working perfectly, however the screen had become raised. The Las Vegas repair shop damaged the phone, they spilled a liquid inside the camera lens, and by the time we reached Pasadena, the phone wouldn't even turn on. However, Mr. Rasooli's care and professional workmanship, as well as the speed and pricing, made our experience with RepairApple the best experience we've ever had with getting appliances repaired. Took my iPhone X in for a glass replacement. The repair was quick, but the part is cheap. I only had a minor crack on my glass, and the OLED display wasn’t damaged. But they replaced my whole display with a LED display that has the worst color, resolution, and banding I’ve ever seen. My device is 4 years old and I could’ve pick up a preowned one for a little bit more. Definitely not worth $100 for this.

What I am most upset about is I was not told that my display unit will be replaced, especially when the replacement part is this bad. I would prefer a cracked OLED than this cheap LCD any day.
