Absolute Worst Customer Service Experience
I cannot believe the audacity of Emily, the so-called âshift leaderâ at this location. My father tried to pay using the app, and instead of simply helping him, she flat-out refused, babbling something about âitâll be refunded to your cardâ when there was absolutely nothing to refund. It made zero sense.
When I called to clarify why the app balance couldnât be used, Emilyâs response was beyond unprofessional. Her exact words? âItâs Christmas, Iâm not doing this with you today. Call tomorrow when a manager can deal with you.â Are you kidding me? Thatâs the level of customer service this place thinks is acceptable?
Emilyâs attitude was dismissive, rude, and downright hostile. Itâs clear she has no interest in helping customers or even pretending to care about her job. A shift leader should lead by example, not drive customers away with their nasty demeanor.
If this is the kind of employee they promote to leadership, I wonât be returning to this location. Emily needs serious trainingâor better yet, a career where she doesnât deal with people. Avoid this place unless you want your holiday ruined by...

At 38 minutes I finally got to the speaker and the girl was miserable as could be. This is beyond unacceptable. It's the WORST service I've ever received. I can't wait to enjoy a nice cold breakfast thanks to this nonsense.

Today it was super busy for a Monday I will say, but I am an understanding person and rarely get upset waiting a while for my food when places are swamped. When given donuts the girl at the window seemed distraught and rightfully so, but she was rude giving our donuts saying they had to replace a donut because they didn't have the one I ordered which is perfectly fine, but she then said she didn't care and just handed us the donuts! she then proceeded so say she's going to quit and starts cussing while the door is open. Didn't really appreciate that when I'm a nice person and I've NEVER been rude to staff at any place I've gotten food.
