Ickey's — Restaurant in Archbold

When we first walked in no one greeted us even though there were 3 wait staff nearby. After a few awkward moments we just picked a table and sat down. A waitress came over and gave us the menus and took our drink order. A few minutes later she came back with our drinks and took our food order. They were far from busy with maybe 5 or 6 other tables with most having their food already. That was the last time the waitress came to our table until 45 minutes later when our food finally showed up. The dinner crowd had by that time come in and they were busy. I don't know if she forgot to place our order or what but that is a ridiculous amount of time to wait for two sandwiches with fries. A table nearby also seemed to be perturbed about a long wait time so I'm guessing the cook just isn't cut out for it, but an explanation and apology would have been nice. We walked in and no one greeted us but we where definitely noticed, also no sign saying to choose your own seat or wait to be seated. Then we both ordered burgers and was not asked what rarity we wanted and both came out raw and we were looking at our server because I wanted mine changed and it took a while like 5 to 10 minutes before she came over and she was on her phone and just standing behind the bar, and they did change it just not new meat or bun just threw it on the grill. Service was poor. When I asked to speak to the manager the owner came out. As I was explaining what was wrong with my order she gave me attitude. I remained calm as the owner is trying to argue with me about how my burger wasn't done all the way. It was still pink in the middle and when I brought that to her attention she said she would not replace the burger. 110% unsatisfied with this place. I would not recommend it to anyone. If you go make sure your food is cooked all the way. I mean they won't replace it anyway...
