My fiance and I are in the area for work and had a craving for Mexican. We decided to take a shot here and wow the food was incredible!
We were served with an ample portion of fresh tortilla chips with a mild and hot salsa. I'm typically a spicy food fan but I found just as much enjoyment in the mild as the spicy.
We started with the romo sampler which came with taquitos, nachos and chorizo quesadillas. Great start. Everything was super fresh if produce and hot if a prepared item. Tons of cheese on the nachos. Taquitos had a great amount of beef.
My fiance got the seafood enchiladas and she raved about them. I had the beef fajitas and it rivaled the best I've had elsewhere. Beef was not chewy or overcooked, seasoned well and full of flavor. Sides were fresh with a good amount of cheese on the beans and very fresh sour cream, pico and avocado. When the dish came out they toss a little oil on it and light it up before serving. I thought that was a cool touch.
They served my flour tortillas in a container and there were plenty. Nothing ticks me off more than getting 3 tiny tortillas wrapped in foil like so many restaurants do.
Casey was our waitress and she was extremely pleasant! Thorough, attentive and didn't miss a beat on refills or checking up on us. Service was excellent and speedy.
Everything was 5+ stars and we absolutely...

Appearance: 5/5 I was unsure I was going into a Mexican restaurant with how clean the building was. It felt more like a five star restaurant. Very organized, well placed seating. Prominent bar but tucked away cleanly.
Cleanliness 5/5 I've heard rumors that if anyone so much as gets sick after visiting, the owners will call the Health Department of their own accord to make sure they're up to standards. I didn't believe that until I actually visited. Quite literally the cleanest place I've visited in a long time. Not that other places are bad for say. However, Casa Romo is superior in every way.
Food 5/5 I got the buffet. Why wouldn't I? I love food. I got everything from their chips and salsa to their pork-steak. Also, I sampled a good amount of their salsas and hot sauces. Superior flavor. Also, their Sweet Tea is for sure the best.
Accessibility 4/5 Large seating area, great for lunch/dinner rush or just a packed summer afternoon.
Overall Rating 19/20
Other notes: One piece of advise. If you don't want Taco Bell and Taco Bueno ruined for life, don't go here. Casa Romo shames other similar businesses with REAL...
