Gyros' Express — Restaurant in Arecibo

First of all this place is disgusting inside. Ceiling leaking in multiple areas all over seats. There is dust and webs from the ceiling to the middle of the wall. Floors are not clean. It smells like urine outside. My husband and I came around 9:30pm as it was one of the few “better” options around and I wish we would have gone to Burger King. We both got gyros. My husbands turkey gyro has the same texture of RUBBER. It was disgusting. My chicken tasted like it was been day old and reheated in a microwave. There was about 3 shreds of lettuce on our gyros but a massive amount of ketchup that hit you in the face with every bite. All I tasted was ketchup. Not to mention it was so sloppy that my entire paper and pita was wet from the senseless amount of ketchup they threw on there. Disgusting. The best part about our meal were the curly fries but I’m glad they didn’t mess that up. Staff was unprofessional. No smile. Not a care in the world. Dropped our drinks and food off on our table with an ugly face and side eye. Whoever is reviewing more than 1 star on this place must be mentally unwell or under the influence.

My husband and I were frequent customers. The last experience was so BAD, we won't be returning. Salty and dry lamb, got charged $30 for 2 gyros, the ticket said eat in and they gave us the food to go. We were charged for 3 gyros and trying to get the $$ back was a hassle. The employee was too busy taking express orders and the other 3 were talking and making jokes as if nothing. We were the only ones there at that time. One of the employees slammed the door in my face when I was returning from the bathroom (he was in such a hurry maybe he didn't see me) but how could you not when I was coming right outside the gated door.
