The HR department does not accept declarations of disabilities, even if written by a treating professional, nor do they entertain any accommodations request. One employee ended up leaving the company because she put in for disability to extend her maternity leave, and NUC never filed them.

They offer online masters programs to the US but most applicants don't start because they either have poor record keeping that says they owe 10s of thousands of dollars and treat the student like a criminal instead of researching it, and will only communicate with the applicant in Spanish even though they've indicated that they don't speak it. The worst experience I've had with any institution, having filled for weeks with all the requirements to enter, stopped answering my calls and all because they could not accept me because I live in the state of Wisconsin just 5 days to start. They are irresponsible and thanks to them I lost the opportunity to study this semester. They were very quick to ask documents and money, but not to be honest and let me know with time and so do not miss the chance to study at another university, very unprofessional. FL (online)-Worst customer service ever. Sent emails and no responses... When called they said they've been calling me and emailing me back. I requested to have the emails to be forwarded and nothing. When I asked about the cost they said that I will need to enroll first ...
