Adis — Restaurant in Arecibo

Really wanted to love this place, because the vibes were great but I paid $16 for a club sandwich that was cold and tasteless and worst of all, made with cheap store bought bread. When I go to a cafe restaurant I expect quality, but for this I could have bought that at a local bakery for $5 or made at home. Coffee was okay but nothing that stood out. Went to Adis in Arecibo and it was amazing. The restaurant was very upscale and modern while maintaining the vibes of the neighbourhood. The coffee was strong and smooth without being bitter. Fui a cenar con mi esposa un viernes en la noche. Para comenzar pedí un café, estaba increiblemente delicioso, no necesitaba ni azucar! Usan Café Buen Amigo, mi preferido.

Para mi pedi un mofongo con churrasco en salsa de setas. El mofongo por si solo tenia un gusto que se come hasta solo. La salsa de setas tenia un sabor umami brutal, sabia carnosa. El churrasco tierno y cocido a la perfección.

Mi esposa ordeno pechuga con mampostiao. Ell mampostiao es mapostiao deverda'. No podia creer lo bueno que estaba. Detesto cuando en un menu dice "mamposteao" y lo que traen es un arroz junto palido y soso. Pero el de este lugae fuera de liga. La pechuga estaba muy buena con salsa criolla, y los amarillos por el lado aparte tambien buenos, todo rico en general.
