I go to this location a few times a week and in the beginning things were great up until recently. The past 6 times I have come they never have the ham and Swiss baguette and my drink orders are wrong every time. My drink orders is not hard. I order a venti hazelnut iced coffee with heavy cream every time and if I take my kids I get them a white mocha frap with strawberry puree. Again a simple order. Recently they barista added mocha to my iced coffee and java chip to the frappe which was not what we wanted. They gave me a coupon for $4 for the next drink to be on them but $4 doesn't even cover the cost of a drink. Make that make sense. Also my iced coffee always rings up to $5.14 but today it was $6.78 and when I showed the cashier my previous receipt from Friday he could only get it down to $6.01. Also about 3 weeks ago I had ordered a few drinks and a few food items. I asked the cashier to do 2 separate orders one for the food and one for the drinks. I wanted to use my gift card for the food and my points for the drinks. Instead the cashier put it all on my points taking over 700 points off of my account that I was not able to get back from them nor customer service. This has been extremely irritating and I keep trying to give them another chance but at this point I am not sure I will be going back to this location. The convenience of it being so close was nice but it is not worth in at this point. Drinks are wrong more then there right and always out of...
Ā Ā Ā Read moreMy husband placed an order for a bottle of orange juice via drive thru. However, there was a long waiting line for drive thru so he walked into the store with a baby. He asked a one of the barista to pick up his drive thru order. He could see obviously the orange juice was ready but the barista said he didn't have any order under my husband's name. My husband thought it was so busy and crowdy so he just wait until the barista have some time to catch up. My husband was waiting for more than 20 minutes for a bottle of orange juice. After all customers left, my husband asked again another barista and he found it right away and said sorry. Starbucks needs to train their employees about how to serve the customer not only how to make coffee. We live close by and stop by this location common but we won't visit this...
Ā Ā Ā Read moreI stopped this afternoon to dodge nasty traffic in the cold, rainy weather, hoping to enjoy a hot drink before continuing home. Not a good show when your staff are two people behind the counter who won't even greet or make eye contact with you when you come in. Looked to me like they were too busy with the drive thru and mobile orders, and after about five minutes, I saw where this was headed and went to a nice little independent coffee shop just north of 407. For folks that gotta have Starbucks, the one in Bartonville can take good care of you.
For all of the flowery language that you get from Starbucks about how they want to be your local coffee shop and be a good place to gather, they should just convert their locations to pick-up only -- they did this to one in Flower Mound not long ago -- and drop the...
