Horrible customer service tonight. I am a regular customer for the last three years since we moved in the area. I stopped by at least once or twice a week to get some treats for my 10 year old. Never had any similar encounter like tonight. Approximately 8 p.m. I was using the drive through, my first order was an 24 OZ strawberry smoothy for my daughter, and I decided to get something else for myself as well, got a mango smoothy (which was yucky any how, very artificial) without telling them what size, I assumed they knew it was the same size. The person on the other side almost yelling at me asking for WHAT SIZE. I said you didn't need to be that rude! She replied "well I had to ask you three times". Excuse me, for not hearing you. As soon as I pulled over to the window, I asked to speak to the manager, still the same rude tone telling me there wasn't any manager available. Then the second gal came and helped me instead, she apologized for her behavior.
Bosa Donuts Management, please pay more attention to your customers, I started hearing lots of negative feedback from especially the Luke Air Force folks. Anyone could have bad days, but to take it out on your own customers is...
Ā Ā Ā Read moreWe have been coming here for years! Paying for normal price donuts, boxes, donut holes...etc. We also have used the coupon that comes in the mail...ValPak. We have had no issues in the past using it at this location and any location on the coupon. When we use it; we usually buy the 1 dozen donuts, and get the 6 free, and we buy the 1 dozen donut holes for 99 cents. Today...we were told they no longer honor their own coupon because the employee got in trouble for honoring the coupon to a different customer. The employee stated he can only honor each discount provided on the coupon per person. We suggested ok, well there's three of us so we'll go ahead and use the coupon per person. Employee still did not want or attempt to take our offer even though we are/were loyal customers...For a business to not even attempt to make a sale or appease a customer is bad business. I'm Active Air Force & my husband is Retired US Army. This business has only thrived & survives because of the Luke Air Force Base & all the servicemembers and their dependents. Hope this business is ready for random Maricopa County Department of Environmental Services...
Ā Ā Ā Read moreMr. V. I have been buying donuts from your store since 2019. Usually I come in and spend nearly $50. Sometimes I come in with the coupon and buy ALL which is on coupon. TODAY I WAS INFORMED COUPON IS NO LONGER ACCEPTED! AND ALSO WAS TOLD ITS ONLY PER TRANSACTION, THEN I WAS TOLD ITS PER PERSON, WHICH ITS ALWAYS MY WIFE, MY TODDLER AND MYSLEF, 3 PEOPLE! I ASKED TO ACCEPT COUPON IN WHICHEVER WAY, TO MAKE THE PURCHASE. THIS IS UNACCEPTABLE FOR ANYONE ESPECIALLY MILITARY VETERANS, YOUR BUSINESS IS HEAVILY SUPPORTED BY LUKE AFB AND ALL VETERANS. TODAY WAS VERY DISSAPPOINTED. THE EMPLOYEE STATED HE WAS INSTRUCTED TO REFUSE COUPON ,DUE TO GETTING IN TROUBLE BY ACCEPTING SUCH COUPON. REGARDLESS IF I BRING A COUPON OR NOT, I ALWAYS BUY $50 IN DONUTS. I WENT TO AVONDALE BOSA AND GLADLY ACCEPTED COUPON AND GAVE US MILITARY DISCOUNT, AND AFTER SHARING THIS STORY WITH THEM, THEY GAVE US A FREEE DOZEN DONUTS! UNFORTUNATELY YOUR STORE LOST MY BUSINESS AS I WILL ALSO SHARE THIS WITH LUKE AFB MEMBERS AND ALL MILITARY VETERANS. THE LOCAL MEDIA CHANNEL 3 AND 10 NEWS ALSO LOVE STORIES AS SUCH....
