Sonic Drive-In — Restaurant in Arizona

I usually LOVE sonic. Sonic & Wendy's are my top two fast food places. But whatever you do, avoid this location!!! Every time they forget at least one item we order and this last time was the worst. The woman ready EVVVVVERYTHING back to us before confirming our order & when she brought it out to us, and they still managed to forget 3 things off of our orders AND gave us a few wrong things. First off, we drove ALL the way home, only to realize they didnt give us our daughters meal. Not even one single piece of it. So my husband drives allllll the way back, not too bothered, whatever human error. Then I realize instead of blue-raspberry lemonade slush, they made it just blue-rasp, which is overly sweet for me. So my husband finally gets home with my daughtera food, only to realize they didnt give her her drink, or the ranch he asked for. Then, my mother in law notices her entire burger is wrong.

I understand human error and workers having off days, I used to work as a waitress and always try to be understanding. But after going back a second time only for it to be worse, is too much. Horrible experiance and we will not be back at sonic...

I think we're done with Sonic for a while. This is the second time we've gotten a large order from them (ordering for 4 to 5 people), and even with them checking the list of ordered items, they still forgot an order of tater tots.

The chicken we've gotten (a sandwich and the popcorn chicken) is very dry and tastes a little like dirt.

Whenever we order the chili cheese Coney dogs, the wrapping they use (which has a paper lining on the inside) ends up in our chili dogs. It also doesn't help that this last time we went, they put one of the chili dogs into the bag upside down.

The reason the stars aren't lower is because the people working there are super nice, apologetic, and helpful when we've called to alert them of their mistake.

So we're done with Sonic savory food for a while. Their cherry limeades and desserts are still...

This is the worst Sonic I’ve experienced twice now!! Given, the handful of times previous were not so great either; however, these past two times were the final straw. Sadly, it’s the closest one on the west side. Both times have been in the evening and both times upon returning home I’ve discovered my order poorly made, either they left the ice cream out or botched the quality of the shakes. There appears to be no supervision regarding the quality control as often times all we see are young teenagers goofing around inside. Not to mention the lack of customer service when taking the orders. Poor quality and a sad representation of the brand. Been to plenty of Sonic establishments but this one by far has consistently been extremely deplorable in service AND quality. Don’t waste your time at...
