CAZ Taqueria — Restaurant in Arizona

The cashier messed up my order—I was charged an extra $5–$6 for items I didn’t receive. When I asked to speak to a manager, I was told there wasn’t one available. Meanwhile, the chef and another staff member were being sarcastic and unprofessional toward me, which made the situation even worse.

Eventually, a manager showed up, but he acted like he didn’t care at all and just rushed me off. When I finally got my food, it was still made incorrectly. Based on how they handled the first issue, I didn’t bother trying to get it fixed again.

The food itself wasn’t anything special, and the staff clearly lack professionalism and customer service training. Definitely won’t be returning, and I wouldn’t recommend this place to anyone. As a Native American customer, it’s deeply disappointing to be treated with...

Great restaurant with great food and great service. The restaurant area itself is a bit small with limited seating area. But during bingo, they have someone walking around taking orders and you can order from this restaurant directly from the bingo hall. They have a good selection of Mexican food including tacos, burritos and other common Mexican food dishes. They also have fry bread which is awesome. And everything is actually a really good price.
