D'Place Cafe off route 66 — Restaurant in Arizona

11/07/2024(Update) Got pics this time. Absolutely excellent service. Food is always on point. We love D'Place. Gonna try lunch soon. Oh ya!! This morning, we remembered the late, great Marilyn Monroe.

I wish I had taken pictures. This place has the whole VIBE and excellent food. My hubby & I ended up celebrating the life of actress Jeanette Macdonald after noticing her exquisite smile on a poster on the wall. We appreciated the moment. We will be back for many more....Oh ya!! The food was OFF THE HOOK excellent. Hubby had the JERRY'S SANDWICH w/ SAUSAGE. He said it was "breakfast sandwich perfection!" I had my usual 2 Over-easy eggs served on 1/2 order of BISCUITS & GRAVY topped with the best bacon cooked to perfection. 11/10. I have not had such a perfectly made breakfast request yet. Thank you. I truly appreciate the effort. We will be back. To enjoy the ENTIRE place. (Hubby said to add, "The bar is no joke. Looks like they make REAL drinks...

I went today for the first time in over 5 years. Went around 10:15am on a Monday. The hostess was Soo nice, sat us quickly even got our drinks. Our server was very fun and attentive. I had eggs and sausage plate with biscuits and gravy. The sausage was amazing. Not that tiny ones like other breakfast places. The biscuits were dence. The gravy could of been a little more thick for my liking but it was flavorful. My eggs were cooked perfect over medium. two other got the 2x4 with French toast, bacon and Sunnyside eggs. They were perfect and french toast was awesome. One other person got an order of biscuits and gravy with half potatoes..it was a higher portions she couldn't finish. It was not much more than what you can expect for Fort Mohave. My husband and I came in around 11:30 and waited about half an hour for a table. We had an awesome waitress who was attentive and kept the drinks refilled. The food was decent. Husband ordered chicken fried steak which was fabulous. I however ordered an omelet which was pretty undercooked and biscuits and gravy that were really lacking in quality and were not very flavorful. The setting was nice but very outdated. I would probably not come back here to eat. Lunch menu was comprised of nothing but sandwiches which was fairly disappointing. Definitely not a bad spot and the prices were fair.
