I love dominos and this location is always my go to pizza place. This time I had a horrible experience . First started out by me calling the store placing a delivery order for a pizza and wings-cash. 35 min later I get a call from the female manager saying oh we need the card info before sending out your food. I was confused and bothered because my order is cash and I've been waiting 35 min already for my food and to hear that they had it at the store but didn't delivery it. She then explains that oh it was a mix up and the delivery guy couldn't deliver it because of your card info. Which I explained again it was never card it was cash. then she comes up with saying we thought it was an online order so we tried to collect the payment before sending it out. which is odd because when you place an order it asked for a form of payment before it allows you to complete the order. And all this manager said was sorry. I ended up waiting an hour for my food once I receive my food it is cold. I was so surprised that this is how customer service is these days. Read moreI ordered carry out curbside pick up and when I got there when the pizza tracker said complete I hit here and put my hazards on and waited for my pizza. I waited over 10 mins and then finally went in to get my own order. I didn't want to do this because 1. I'm disabled and 2 . I'm on the high risk class for covid. I asked why no one could bring my order out and was told I dont know. Then talked to the manager to ask him and he said it must be broken? Not even sure what that means. So then said to him I saw you look out at my car a few times so why couldn't you come out and ask if that was my order to which he said that's not your policy. Very sad excuses for overall poor performance. Will not be using your pizza place anymore. It's a shame lazy people have to do things like this and endanger others. This isn't the first time I've had poor service here either. Don't waste your time and use a different dominoes or a different pizza place altogether. Well, our pizza journey has been a saga worthy of a Netflix series. 🍕 When we moved to AZ, the Show Low Domino’s decided our dinner deserved a nice night out—so they left it sitting outside the main entrance of our hotel. Like, full-on room service… if room service meant “figure it out yourself.” They told us we’d get a refund and free pizzas on our account. Naturally, when we went to claim our cheesy prize tonight, the system acted like it had never heard of us.
Enter the QC location hero: a kind woman who went full customer-service superhero. 🦸♀️💫 She didn’t just shrug and say, “sorry,” she honored the order anyway, proving she’s the real MVP of Domino’s. The pizza was hot, cheesy, and tasted like redemption.
Domino’s HQ, give that woman a raise or at least a lifetime supply of extra cheesy bread. I’ll definitely be ordering from this location again—because not all heroes wear capes, some wear name tags and hand...
