I don't even give this a 1 star. I am sick of coming here 15 to 20 minutes before they close ,and it's already closed. There is 3 cars out front wanting to buy food. Tell me why the cashier lady walks around inside there giving us all dirty looks because we are knocking on the door. Now I have let this go , but this time I'm not. I will be talking to management to let them know the employees or family members running their business are causing them to lose good customers. I mean why have hours if the staff gets to make up the time they close from 1 day to the next. Now that I have said that, on several occasions the employees have not had a mask covering their face. Now I understand that it's up to the customers to walk out, but shouldn't a fast food restaurant follow CDC guidelines. Wouldn't this be a shame if the CDC found out about this. Next the wall that they built so customers can't see them cook,this is a red flag to us. Lastly, the reason I went to the restaurant to get food is because 2 hours prior to me going I had ordered food through door dash. After 2 hours of waiting for our food to be delivered we decided to cancel the order and go in and order. The cashier lady took our payment and with in 5 mins handed us the food. We drove home to find the food was old and cold!!!! To our surprise they handed us the food we ordered 2 hours prior!!!! Maybe the health department needs to know how they run their business. This is what sent us right back to return our food at 11:45 they are CLOSED!!!. Now she sees everyone out front , and decided to look at us like why are we here. We called no answer. We are regulars at this location and have always had a great experience with pick-up orders. Friday evenings are especially great, so big shout out to the Friday team! You guys rock and we are so grateful for your awesome service and tasty food! My husband always makes the pick up for us and he’s always recognized by the staff who have our food fresh and ready to go the moment he walks through the door. Truly, stellar service and awesome food. Thank you for keeping my family full and happy!!
If I can make one comment for improvement, it would be the random times our food tastes like cleaner. Usually it's in the eggs, but most recently when we ordered it was in my horchata. (Which was a huge bummer, because the horchata here ROCKS). I sincerely appreciate knowing that our food comes from a clean environment, but I can't eat if I'm also eating disinfectant. If there is any way this can be prevented in the future, I'm sure every customer who has experienced this would be so grateful to have soap-free food!

Read moreCame in on 5/8/2024 and had the worst experience I’ve had in any retail/restaurant establishment ever. The cashier was acting pretty angry from the time I walked in. Placed a 54$ order and less than 2 minutes after charging my card she told me that the fryers were down and none of my food could be made. I asked for the refund in cash because it was her mess up and I was just going to use the money to order the same thing at another location. She tried to argue with me that she couldn’t but when I told her I knew she could from being in retail/restaurant management she took the cash out and aggressively slammed it in my hand. I’m typically nicer to food/retail workers because of being in their shoes myself but this lady should not be working with the public.
