Absolutely abysmal service. Drove in roughly 6pm. 4 cars total, there. Put in an order for a medium milkshake. Carmel. We literally put in the order at the drive in parking spot. It Saud it was en route, put my card in...that sat for 5 plus minutes. I called for help, no answer. Called again, zero response. Got in the car line...some kid comes out, I ask, he apologizes and says they will go make my med shake for my mom. For our trouble he said there will be NO CHARGE. We are now over 20 minutes still waiting. They claim we never paid, and they came out but car was gone so they canceled the order....really? 16 minutes parked to get a shake? No one came out. I could see where we were parked. Finally, some short, rude teen girl comes out with an attitude. She demands I pay for the now, SMALL shake. I said, I was told there was no charge. She demands payment again. I give her my card and said get a manager. She said she was the manager.. she refuses to give me a receipt, turns, walks away, won't answer me, will not identify herself. I went inside and asked her, her name. She turns her back, refuses eye contact, continues to ignore me. I asked 5 or 6 more times. She continues to ignore me. I ask the staff, no one will give her name or her managers. Now nearly 40 minutes into this nightmare. I ask how much she charged my card? Will not tell me. Will not give receipt. I got angry and told her she was a horrible manager. Worst service I have ever had. I will be calling Mary, and corporate. This girl, KATYA, is a HUGE disservice to Sonic. She was rude, dismissive, failed to fix the problem, gave me the wrong thing after all of that and took zero responsibility. I am livid. I will never spend another dollar at Sonic, much less the average of $60.00 every time we go. Done. Get your act together, train your team. They were slow, disorganized, unhelpful, rude and lacked the skills to deliver a simple order. I literally called them at the parked stall, no answer. .then at the location in the line of 4 total cars, then physically called them on the phone 3x from mycat. No answer, no one would pick up the phone. Then she straight up lied and said she answered. I had a 60 year old and a 76 year old as witnesses. No answer. So you sit for 40 plus minutes waiting foe a stupid medium milkshake in their hopes their team will communicate.. there are too many good restaurants in town to put up with this nonsense. In and Out can have 100 people in there and cars in line. Total wait, 10 minutes or less. Only redeeming thing is the one kid who finally wrote her and her managers name. Service: F rating. Ordered for pickup around 8:45pm got there 9:00 went to one of the stalls as directed from uber got no response for 10 minutes while I see one employee on break several inside just standing there one on their phone so I went to the drive thru waited another 20 minutes !!!! The girl tries to bring me some shakes because the previous car still had not gotten their food either I said I’m waiting for an uber eats order but nobody was responding to me she said I’ll check on that so she goes back inside the previous car pulls off as they got their order. She then tries to read me back my order I said no again I’m waiting for the uber eats she said it’s going to be another 5 minutes it’s still being made and at this point I waited another 10 minutes I ask her to cancel it so I can get the refund thru uber she says give her a second she comes back and says she can’t cancel it so I asked how long is it going to take then she responds to me I already said it’s done with an attitude I said no you didn’t if it’s done give me my food she goes to grab it and takes this deep breath I said you can try and keep your cool all you want I get you guys are busy but at least acknowledge someone waiting for that long and understand it’s frustrating offer a sorry or something she says yeah it is busy again with attitude I said give me my drinks and she tells me no if you’re going to be rude as she’s hesitantly handing them to me. Then I get my food items are missing and it’s COLD as hell if it was still being made why was it cold there’s no reason for this I will never be going back here it seems to progressively get worse and worse. Read moreI absolutely hate writing bad reviews. In this case, I am compelled to, in order to inform my community of repeated poor service with this resteraunt. Irregardless of whether I Postmated, UberEat, DoorDashed, or attempted a curbside pick-up at this Sonic location, my order had been wrong, missing items, put together poorly, & all have been complely unsatisfactory. I orrigionally thought the delivery services(mentioned above) were the root of the problems. Curbside pick-up completely ruled that theory out. On all 3 occasions, I ordered hotdogs without catsup. On all three occasions, I received catsup on ALL of my hotdogs, my family's orders also put together wrong, and missing items. What I found concerning during my curbside pick-up attempt, I was only one of two customers at the resteraunt. There were no delivery drivers waiting on orders either. This leads me to believe that the employees at this Sonic location either have no attention span or, just plain don't care about their jobs and cutomers. Management at this location is either careless, or non-existant? The only consistancy I see at this location is poor customer service, wrong orders, a waste of time, and money. It saddens me that I cannot utilize this local American staple for fast food.
