Starbucks — Restaurant in Oro Valley

The barista that took my order was very unfriendly and rude. It is red cup day and I had to argue with her about whether or not the drink I purchased qualified to receive the free cup, it did. Finally the girl that was preparing the drink checked and told her it was included in the holiday drink list. I didn't get an apology or any acknowledgment that she was wrong, just handed me the cup and walked away. I also was disappointed in the design of the cup this year it's looks really cheap and weird, I guess that's really not a comment for this specific Starbucks but Starbucks corporate. This was my first time visiting this Starbucks location, and I’m honestly shocked by how poor the service was. The barista, Mallory, was incredibly rude and dismissive from the start. She barely acknowledged me when I ordered, made me feel like I was inconveniencing her, and had an overall negative attitude. Even though my drink was made correctly, the way I was treated completely ruined the experience. I expected the same friendly, welcoming service I usually get at other Starbucks locations, but this one completely missed the mark. Definitely won’t be coming back. Every drink I get here is shortened. I’ve stopped complaining to the people who work here because the attitude I get just ordering is poor, much less when I point out the drink is an inch from the top of the cup.
