I ordered two hamburgers to go from Wendy’s at this location. A few minutes later after arriving home, I unwrapped one of the burgers only to find it ICE COLD which had never ever happened before. This concern prompted me to inspect the burger for any unusual oder which I did not find. I then heated the burger in microwave and consumed it, saving the 2nd burger for later. I did a complaint call to the manager who did offer a refund but had no explanation regarding the ice cold temperature. About 6 or 7 hours later, I began feeling very ill. My symptoms included extreme dizziness, vomiting, diarrhea and severe stomach pain. These symptoms worsened resulting in me having to call an emergency response unit. I was transported to a local E.R. hospital via ambulance and spent the next 8 hours being rehydrated and having numerous lab tests run. I’m reasonably certain that the ice cold burgers I received is not normal practice at any of the Wendy’s but on this unfortunate day I was the recipient of someone’s carelessness at this particular Wendy’s. I obviously incurred unnecessary medical expenses due to their improper food handling. Wendy’s is claiming NO responsibility whatsoever. As far as the ice cold burgers, (which I feel were inadvertently left to sit out and possibly contracting food born bacteria before being placed in a refrigerated unit) Wendy’s is blaming my drive time home (which was 4 minutes) for the temp to drop to “ice cold”. They refuse to acknowledge that a mistake was made on their part. I honestly would give this location a zero star rating and would advise anyone NOT to dine there. Their main concern is how they can benefit instead of making things right for their patron when a serious mistake...
Read moreWe went around 11pm on Wednesday night. The line was surprisingly long at that time of night on a week day but I waited & when I got my order it was wrong. Well, I was hungry & wanted my food so I tried to go in, it was 11pm so the doors were locked. Now, I'm stuck going thru the drive thru all over again,no big deal to me since I started eating my fries. The manager quickly apologized & gave us 2 free frosties plus 2 free cups of cheese for our fries. We didn't ask for anything what we ordered but he went "above & beyond" to make sure we were happy. Service in fast food lately sucks to its good to see one that actually cares still. I definitely recommend this location
EDIT: A year later & I had another fantastic experience at this Wendy's. I tried to pay with my Google pay as my boyfriend had my debit card & I was so hungry I could eat the whole menu. The card reader wouldn't accept my card & the manager Tim paid for my meal! I told him I would write a review & to my surprise, a year ago I wrote one! This is hands down the best Wendy's location, Tim is a cool guy 😎 & he has a great team around him!...
Read morePretty sure at least one if not more of the people working there tonight were high .The woman who took my order was very nice, but whoever was making our food took quite a while. And then when I got back to our hotel I found out instead of giving me the chicken nuggets I ordered they gave me a huge extra fry. I have an autistic 6 year old and she doesn't eat their fries. She only eats chicken nuggets. So I went back to get the chicken nuggets. I had to tell the guy 4 times what I needed. English was definitely his first language and he somehow couldn't comprehend that I did not need more fries, just chicken nuggets. And then he didn't even apologize for the fact that they had messed up my order until the end where he mumbled a half-hearted "sorry about that". There was no offer of anything to make up for their mistake. Service is always questionable at Wendy's which is why I only go there because my daughter likes it. I told her after this she has to choose different places to eat. Their food just isn't very good and if they can't even get my order right then I am just done with...
