Guti's Mex-Italy Restaurant — Restaurant in Arkadelphia

So we decided on a whim to pick up a pizza and some pasta on our way home from work last night. The main reason I wanted to write a review was to assuage some fears... I know when I see a menu as large as Gucci's it gives me pause, because you know that with a menu that large, concessions HAVE to be made here and there as to what gets made fresh and what comes in frozen. Well the pizza and fettuccine alfredo we had were quite good! Pizza was quite large, good amount of toppings, the sauce was good and the flavor and consistency of the crust was excellent. It was tender with just a little bit of chew, and I imagine it's going to reheat very well. I'm DEFINITELY looking forward to ordering the pizza again, and branching out into other areas of the menu. Things are UNIMAGINABLY DIFFICULT restaurants post-covid, So give these folks some love!

To sum up: good food, loved the pizza, fast preparation good price point, their large pizza is actually VERY very large....

We stopped in Arkadelphia on our way home to Louisiana. As it was getting suppertime, I started looking at Yelp and Google. I read the reviews and even the health scores of the restaurant and decided to take a chance. I for one am a very picky eater. When we drove up to the restaurant at about 5:30 p.m., there were only 2 cars. I expressed my concern to my wife, but decided to try it. Upon walking in ,I noticed the establishment in immaculate order. Everything was clean and kepted up. We were greeted by Melody and was promptly seated. She was very cordial and took our order. The waitress needs to find a new job. She was rude as hell. We waited for 20 minutes to get our drinks. We had to ask for napkins and silverware. She said we had to wait for glasses and silverware to be washed. They were not that busy that they should not of have clean supplies. She threw the silverware on the table and walked off. We ordered 3 entrees and got 2 of them and 30 minutes later we asked where the other entree was and she told us we could be a little nicer. She was nothing but rude and disrespectful from the minute we walked through the door. If I could give this place zero stars I would. The food was not good for the money.
