Ike's Donut Shop — Restaurant in Arkansas City

Word's can not describe how utterly amazing this place is. I've been going to Ike's donut shop since I was a little kid and not once have I been disappointed. I love this place with all my heart and will continue to go here to my last breath. If I have kids or new friends I will take them to Ike's to experience a life changing moment. My mom's parents went as kids then they took my mom, and then she took us. All I can say is yes going to Ike's Donuts would be the greatest decision you've ever made in your life! After twenty minutes waiting for them to make a sandwich for my wife in his near empty restaurant, I complained and Ike himself told me he was canceling my wife's sandwich order because of my impatience. She was starving so I apologized to Ike. Seems like a decent fellow and a minute later we had that sandwich. Do not know why it took so long and the sandwich was unimpressive for the price. Oh well, will not go back because Ike was a little too harsh but I wish him well....

I grew up going to Ike’s and then moved 4.5 hours away once i got married. I have never found a donut shop that compares to Ike’s! We make a point to get breakfast here at least once when we visit, if not every day 😂 I love that this is one of the few places I grew up going to that is the exact same, building, set up, food and customer service! I can’t smell fresh brewed coffee without thinking...
