Went to order 2 #15's (ultimate burrito) one with fries 1 with Mozz. Sticks. Both with soda to drink. Also ordered a kids meal. Person on box asked us repetitively to repeate the order SEVERAL times... get our food. (Wasn't a long wait.) They handed us a bottle of water. We tell her we didn't order a water. She said ohh okay and took the water. Then asked us if we wanted our Receipt. I said yes and she looked at it before handing it to my husband and said the water was with one of the #15 so I looked at it and they had put the water on our meal and charged us for my large drink. So I asked for a refund as we had already paid on our card. She went inside and came out 2 or 3 minutes later with 2.70$ that they over charged us. I waited till I got home to eat and took two bites of my burrito and no meat in either bite. Only eggs. So I opened it up and it had (10 pieces of sausage on the entire burrito. No bacon at all. My wife said hey I have coupons for cheese sticks , yay because every dollar counts these days. She ordered 3 orders of cheese sticks , and a couple drinks and pushed the assistance button because apparently they have to apply the coupon at the register. Well the car hop took her card and coupons and ran her card for the full amount , ripped up her coupons and simply said,"sorry" and never corrected the total. My wife is steamed mad now and vows never to go to Sonic ever again. With the economy so bad in 2024 these companies need to be putting the effort into quality and customer service if you want to continue to get patrons. Read moreSecond Review (Edit): This happened September 2, 2024 somewhere around 7:30-8:30 PM (I can’t remember the exact time). This was the worst customer service I have received in a while. Right off the bat, who ever was working the intercom inside taking orders (it was a girl) had the worst attitude from the very beginning. I could hear anger in her voice taking my order. She began with telling me “you are going to have to speak up I can’t hear you” in a very disrespectful tone. After I spoke up she was just rushing me the whole time. I would say “medium” and then needed to think for a split second and she goes “medium what” in her rude voice like she doesn’t have the time to be taking my order. Very condescending, rude, and disrespectful. She needs retraining on how to be decent to customers. First Review: It’s always something with this sonic.
