HALLELLOO FOR VEGAN CHEESESTEAK!!!!!! AND THE TRUFFLE FRIES ARE INSANE!!!!! I’m not gonna lie, I was on a weekend vacation with plans to hit up every vegan place I could find. Well this place knocked them all out of the park that I visited them twice! I’m sad I don’t live closer because they are seriously so good I didn’t miss the meat or cheese. The truffle fries are killer good so don’t even mess with the plain fries. And honestly I don’t like the taste of truffles but they nailed the flavor combo. Wow. This was one of the BEST food trucks we've eaten at! Their burgers and fries were just so good. We got the recommendation from the people who run Sherwoood court and we are so glad we listened!! I got the burger with fried cheese and bacon - the flavors were just amazing! My husband got the Gargantuan double burger with steak - oh my!! The steak was among the most tender I've ever tried. If you are looking for an amazing cheeseburger whether it be regular sized or massive, this is a must try!!! My wife got the "Uranus" burger and I got the"Abduction". AMAZING

Loaded with mixed greens, grilled onions and mushrooms, sliced steak, two thick patties, and thick cut peppercorn bacon! I added jalapenos to give it some heat.
