I have now been to Amore Express on several occasions, and I definitely plan to keep coming back! The latest creation I got to try was a pepperoni lasagna. What a creative and delicious idea! If you are in the mood for italian food, this is a great place to try. P.S. they have desserts too! 😋

Katherine is great, we were disappointed when the restaurant closed, but she seems happy!! The food from the truck is good, you have to stop by when you’re in Eureka Springs and order some of the food. Don’t forget the pistachio cheesecake, oh my goodness is it good. Thanks Katherine from some Corvette peep’s. Hope to see...

Katherine was the former owner of Cafe Amore in Eureka Springs and now has this wonderful food truck and does catering. I had her white lasagna which was wonderful and she is a nice lady. Being that I lived here for 20 years, it was nice talking to her and enjoying the food. I loved it...
