Pizza Hut — Restaurant in Arkansas

They say that they don't deliver in my area. Which I live off Chicot rd. Basically behind them. About 5 minutes away probably not even that. But they can deliver off sardis. Which is further than were where at. It doesnt make since at all. And i seen pizza hut deliver pizza to people off my street. And they said the pizza will be done in 30 minutes I waited about 35 minutes before I got there. And waited another 35 minutes on my order that I called in. Which should've been done. I work at Little Caesar's as a assistant manger. So I know what time it takes to make and bake the pizzas. It shouldn't take a hour to make a pizza. And my Husband went in there a few months ago. And they didn't even say anything to him at all. And I walked in there. Wondering what's taking so Dang long in my work uniform which I just got off work. And they didn't even say anything to him. And I'm like hello. I ordered like a hour ago. My husband has been standing here for over 40 minutes. And you haven't taking his order at all. What's going on. And the lady like oh I thought he was with that person that just walked out. Like really his been standing here alone by his self for another 10 minutes waiting for y'alls service. She seen that I worked at Little Caesar's and said oh ur order is ready. And I'm like really that's all it takes for another pizza company to come in and get on ur a**. And they didn't even offer to pay for my pizza si 've I waited over almost a hour and a half. For the pizzas a called In. Which should've been done in 30 minutes. They need better customer services. Or better crew. Never will I ever...

Very disappointed with my experience today. Ordered 2 thin crusts pizzas like usual. Got home to feed my kids and both pizzas were very extremely dry and hard. Too hard to bite through. Not edible!! I called to make manager aware of the condition of these pizzas and she continued to argue with me saying they were normal. Didn’t apologize for them or anything. After a few minutes of going back and forth she put credit on my account but still continued to tell me this was normal. I know for a fact it isn’t considering I used to manage a Pizza Hut. And this was the first time I had no good pizzas from this specific store. Usually my orders are always beyond perfect! This manager was not apologetic whatsoever. I’ll be using my credit and then going elsewhere...

I ordered 2 thin crust pizzas. Got home opened the boxes to 2 very dry pizzas...very little sauce or cheese. Pizzas looked like they had sat out for a couple of days. Called the store. The kid who answered the phone was very nice and apologized. Spoke with the manager who NEVER apologized and even sarcastically asked if anything was wrong with the chicken alfredo too. Manager said I have to order extra sauce and cheese. I told him I just wanted the sauce and cheese that was supposed to be on it!! He did offer to make the pizzas over but I wasn't getting back out in the cold. So he offered a credit. I will have to buy something but NO more pizza. Manager needs to take a course in customer service. I should have went to Little Ceaser's like I...
