Sonic Drive-In — Restaurant in Arkansas

Stopped to grab something cold and sweet and find out a few things upon my visit. Tried to order an ice cream cone and was told that sonic doesn’t do cones anymore(not an issue) so I got the vanilla dish and ordered Oreo topping. Had to ask for more Oreo in a cup because it came literally with one third of a broken Oreo. The girl that brought my ice cream out is where my problem is. I handed her money for the food and was trying to get a tip out of my wallet as she asked me “”is this the exact amount for your order”” I replied yes ma’am it is. Again I’m attempting to grab a tip to hand her and she said to me “”is it the exact amount for your order only without my tip?”” Now I understand that tips and gratuity are nice but implying the entitlement of receiving so should be nonexistent. I asked for my receipt that I didn’t get at first because I track my finances and she told me she handed it to me which she did not and I asked if she could get it and when she brought it back to me she said that a tip would make it worth getting me a receipt. So many people here are rude, entitled, snobby and honestly unwelcoming. The ice cream was half melted when I got it, asking for and paying for toppings should mean that you get more than a crumb as a topping and then to have a carhop tell you they should receive a tip. If you want to spend money somewhere to be treated rudely this is the place you can go. And for the owner or manager to read this the check number is 317 from stall 20 at...

I ordered and once again when I got home IT WAS NOT what I ordered. I ordered a sonic cheese burger mealwith nothing but mayo ketchup and mustard, fries and a zero coke. An ultimate brkfst burrito meal fries coke. 2 ft long copies 1 with chilli,cheese and onions meals mind you, fries and 2 cakes. When I got home, my burger was covered ALL OVER, WITH MUSTARD KETCHUP MAYO. IT WAS ALL OVER THE WRAPPER OOZING EVERYWHERE WHEN I OPENED. NEXT I TOOK OUT WHAT I THOUGHT WAS CHILLI CONNIES PREPARED AS ORDERED BUTTTTTT NOOOOOO. 1 WAS TO ORDER, THE OTHER WAS A ONION COVERED DRY DOG NO CHILLI AT ALL. THE ULTIMATE BURRITO TYRNED OUT TO BE A TOASTER SANDWICH. THE FRIES WERE TUMPED OUT IN THE BOTTOM AND DIDNT EVEN AMMOUT TO A SMALL ORDER FOR EACH WHEN I WAS VERY SPECIFIC ON A MED. FRY ALL AROUND. THE DRINK, WELL WHEN I TOOK IT OUT OF CARRIER....YOU GUESSED IT, THE LIF CAME OFF AND WE LOST THAT BATTLE. THIS IS A CONTINUED BATTLE WITH THESE KIDS DOING THEIR JOBS. WHAT REALLY IRKS ME IS I LEFT A TIP WHICH REALL PISSES ME OFF. I THOUGHT AFTER A CALL TO MANAGER AND CORP THINGS WOULD CHANGE. NOT IN THIS LITTLE TOWN IT...

Absolutely terrible. It's like they make a game of seeing how badly they can mess up your order after repeating it back to you and printing it correctly on the receipt. I've gotten used to not pulling away until I've checked my order so I can have them fix it right away, but today was special. I ended up having to repeat my order five times. Once because they entered the wrong stall, once because they hit the wrong button and had to start completely over and then I had to repeat every single item-twice. Twenty minutes later, I pushed the button to check on my order since i watched other people who came and went in the meantime and they said they sent my order to a different stall, so i had to repeat my order a fifth time. In the end, we got a single hamburger and a double cheeseburger, both with everything on them instead of the stupendously simple mustard and onions only on one and ketchup and mayo only on the other. This location needs to die just like the one we had a few miles...
