Church's Texas Chicken — Restaurant in Arlington

Me and my husband went out to get something to eat for dinner this used to be my first choice until today we ordered a 8 pc meal that came with 1 side and 4 biscuits we chose the Cajun rice it’s my favorite upon checking my order I looked at the top of the rice and noticed it was runny at this point I’m thinking they gave me the wrong order do I opened the container and saw nothing but lots of liquid thee guy at the window was motions for my husband to roll the window down and asked for the container back he then asked us to pull around the front after they messed up so I asked him if he could give me 2 peppers science they messed up and we had to pull around he said no I’m just trying to make it right we pulled around and waited about 8 minutes a man came out with a bag tied on a knot I opened the bag and it was still the same not acceptable so I got out the car and took it back inside the restaurant and told them that it’s still not right a young lady walked over to the counter and took the container I told her I didn’t want that same one because st this time it has been in about 4 different hands while waiting for them to try to get it right which they never did I noticed the lady pulling her hair out of her face now mind you I’m on the inside watching everybody at this time she then makes me another order of rice without washing her hands nope I don’t want this one either that’s nasty and no one has on hair nets not a single soul so I asked to talk with the manager he lied and said they didn’t have anymore because I said I wanted someone else to fix it after I was done talking to him another lady had put another one on the counter and the cashier said oh she didn’t want it do the manager said give her a refund by the time I made it home chicken was cold will never...

I originally had gave them 5 stars, but changing that to 1. Bought a 4 piece combo, only got 2 OLD, HARD legs, and a nasty, huge thigh. The biscuits were rock hard, the mashed potatoes were watered down/soupy, and the tenders were also OLD AND ROCK HARD.

What's confusing is that I had to pull over to wait, which is usually a good sign for a fried chicken place, as it means it should be fresh, but the food I got was either under a heat lamp for too long, or fried in old grease.

I paid a lot of money for this, and it's so bad that I had to through the food away....currently waiting for a refund. The churches chicken app is also terrible, forcing you to get a passcode EVERY time you want to log...

I ordered the 4 tenders combo from inside the location and no one else was in the drive thur or at the counter. After receiving my order I left the location and after getting 20 minutes down the road I discovered that I had a two piece dinner with a biscuit. So I called and spoke with Mary (who pulled up a copy of my receipt) in which Mary said bring the chicken along with the receipt back and we will give you the correct order. So is it worth driving out of my way to get my money back or just throw the chicken out cause the two pieces in the box I don't eat. Just bad customer service when no one else is ordering and the employee's are so distracted with conversation amoung themselves that a simple order turns into a...
