I placed an order for pick up and my neighbor went to pick it up. Only to discover that my order was placed and paid to the Airline location, which was not the right location. I have health issues that limits my driving, so I depend on others for assistance. Airline Rd. is an inconvenient location for my neighbor and I never meant to order from that location. I tried explaining that to the “owner” Elizabeth, who refused to give her name. I now know her name is Elizabeth Jackson. Instead, she decided to argue with me about her products being used already. So not only do they have their product, but she also held my money hostage. She flat out refused to refund me. The person who went to the correct location paid for a new order for me to eat and take my meds. The “owner” Elizabeth Jackson was very unprofessional and I would never recommend or visit her location. It is 4:27am and I and so stressed. I feel violated. I can’t believe someone who provides a service to a community could steal and not consider her actions deplorable and immoral. The “owner” must be held to a higher standard if she plans to be a staple in the community. I wonder if this is her trained policy to her employees. Will they also be allow to steal 33.00 from the customers and not be held accountable? Read moreOn the website, Curbside is offered as a choice. I chose the option and placed my order to be picked up 2 hours later. I arrived, notified the store through my email confirmation that I was outside. The response said, which I am sure is a universal response, that order would be out shortly. I waited about 10 minutes, an no order. I notified the store again and waited for another 5-7 minutes. So I called into store and was told my order was not ready and it would be a while because they are busy. So I said never mind, because I ordered this 2 hours ago and even gave them 10 extra minutes. I asked for refund and was given to someone that I guess was a manger of some sort. She proceeded to tell me that she was working on it and she would bring it out to me however; curbside is not longer an option at that store. I said well it was and option on the website. So she brings what I thought was my complete order which was a 7 1/2 chicken salad on wheat and two red velvet cookies(simple). She says we don’t have any cookies and I can’t refund your money for the cookies. But what I can do is put your name up in the store and you can get them at a later date. My question is, why can’t I get a refund, no response, silence. I will never go back to that store. Although she was pleasant, her response was ridiculous! Read moreThe store is supposed to close at 9. Arrived around 8:40/8:45. As soon as I walked in the girl that was mopping the dining room looked up and audibly huffed at me. She begrudgingly took my order but then there was an issue with taking cash as they had already closed the register. Then someone else came out of the back and just stood there and stared at me. Next, another person apparently came out of the bathroom in the back and a shouting match started between them about my order having been taken. The person from the back came up front and stood there staring at me and looking confused. There was still yelling going on in the back. At this point I am 5-10 minutes in. The girl who was now in the front started to tell me they had already cleaned the slicer at which point I said to cancel my order. She came back with "it's okay, we just already cleaned...." all the while there was still arguing in the back. So I asked again for my order to be canceled....this went back and forth about 6 times where I was basically begging for them to cancel the order they never started and didnt want to make!.
