I've had so many issues at this McDonald's and I own McDonald's stock and I'm ashamed of it after what we had been through. I order the same stuff. Sausage McMuffin with no egg no cheese, MTG caramel frozen McCafe, medium or small fry, McChicken with no mayonnaise. So many times we have had issues with our orders. I have messages from the manager from back in 2018/2019 stating that they were sorry our order was messed up again and that they wanted to give us our mail dock for free. I had didn't bother contacting them or going down and I'm not going to. I have photos from a few years ago going an ordering food they're sitting for over 45 minutes trash all over the floor all over every table a dog with a lady inside the dog up on the tables, after 45 minutes I walked up and asked where our food was and they just didn't hit submit they collected our money and stuff so I asked them if I could have my money back so I could go get food. They said no and ignored me. when we got our food they gave us our food and the order was messed up we weren't allowed to have any ketchup we weren't allowed to have any napkins and we weren't allowed to have any straws for our sodas. not to mention the trash that was overflowing out the garbage can buy us and the dog that was going from table to table. This McDonald's seems like the are always going through something. I know they've ripped us off so many times. one morning I ordered our two breakfast sandwiches one was overcooked 2 where you can even bite through the Patty the other one the Patty was so cold it wasn't even cooked. Just nasty. Since then we have been through 3 times and 1 of the times they didn't even give me all the food I ordered. That was my last straw. I would hope by now, 5/2020 that maybe they have things under control. I can say you never know into me it's not worth...
Read moreFor a Chevron Gas station which depends upon McDonalds molded into their operation in order to sell product, or vice versa, you might think this is just a Siamese Twin with less on the menu. That's wrong. This McDonalds, like any other, is more or less "drive thru only" & has a double lane order approach they call "Any Lane". Which lane? Well, if your a "take your time" person you take the slow lane & apparently in McDonald-Land THAT LANE is on the left BUT "any lane" will do says the sign. But if you want to bear the odds i recommend the right lane because apparently doing things the right way is not how people use the left lane. In McDonald-Land the right lane IS the fast lane despite state law specifying the left lane is the fast lane. Any lane will do at McDonald Lane but stay in the right lane to bypass those "problem left lane drivers" who think they picked the fast lane to force you behind them. Otherwise i had a big breakfast with a Sprite & coffee sweetened 3x & as expected i bypassed the slow lady in front of me by choosing the right lane, ordered, paid, got my food, and she was STILL trying to make up her mind exactly how she wanted her poison served with cars behind her & nobody in the right lane🙄go figure? It was an incredible flawless encounter & much much organized team effort was behind such impeccable management skills it must take to run things so smoothly. The only thing missing was the sign saying "problem people" left lane & "no problem" right lane ...but i fully understand the logic of the problem people then taking up the no problem lane because they, well, cause problems & can't help it. I suppose thazs why McDonald Land says "any lane" because they are damned if they do or damned if they don't when it comes to Washington State drivers or our...
Read moreUpdate: they remodeled. The play area now has a toddler section with steps and a slide so now littles can play, where as before there wasn't anything for really little ones to do. You can now order from kiosks which makes it a tad easy of you are ordering simple things. (But if you are going to order a lot or something without cheese it may be easier to order up front) but the sitting area is now a lot more open. There are tablets at random tables for kids to play on and a light up table like I've seen at other McDonalds before. There's even a round table with small chairs for kids to sit at. The area was still clean and the workers were friendly. One even came up when I was ordering on the kiosk and asked if I had any questions. Older review from 4 months ago: Clean, friendly workers, and good service. I always go inside since most of the time the drive though can be backed up and They bring the food to your table after you order (If you plan on staying to eat) They have an awesome playset for kids. My little one loves watching other littles play and wishes she was big enough to play with them. (Although she does try but still is too small to climb up) these past few weeks they had Toy story toys and they all could be put together to make a RV. This location let me go though all their toys and buy the ones I was missing....
