Placed my order at 7:35PM, I came at 8pm. When I came in with my kids, the lady said I'll be with you in a moment, helped someone in the drive through which was fine until she kept helping people in the drive thru & ignoring the fact we were standing there. When she decided to help us, I stated that we placed a order online for pick up. She asked okay, what was the name? I told her the name & then she asked what was my order. I told her chicken w. Fries & phillychesse steak. She said okay and gave me a total. I said I paid online, do you guys not have a system telling you have online orders? She said idk where the tablet is 😭 huh?? You never once even walked away to attempt to find a "tablet" or see if you have online order? Ok. Whatever, at this point I'm blew because I specifically placed the order so I could just come in get the food and leave. Not wait an additional 35 mins. 8:37 is when a male came out to give me the food. Disappointed. The food was absolutely disgusting. The fries were undercooked. The chicken had no seasoning what so ever, my kids weren't even interested. The "Philly cheesesteak," was super bland and soggy. I was so upset and anooyed that I wasted 28$ on garbage, I was referred to this place too. Hopefully they can work on some...

I'm one of the dorks that walked thru their doors on christmas day around 7:30pm and I was impressed. There were only 2 people (cashier & cook) and they had orders coming from everywhere. They had online orders & walk-ins and those 2 guys worked very well together. My wait time was very minimal considering and was roughly 15 mins. My mushroom combo was excellent, fresh and was piping hot. This was my 1st time here and I'll have to have them on my weekly food route.

What impressed me the most about this place is the cleanliness & customer service. The cashier nails it in this area and he represents them well. His genuine service is what sold me, because let's be honest, no one wants to work on Xmas and he had a smile & was cheerful.
