Elite Computer Repair — Local services in Pantego

I had the BEST computer repair experience ever! He was professional, friendly and went out of his way to help me. I use a Walker to get around and he held the door open when I arrived. He told me that I should have called and he would have come out to my vehicle and got the computer, had me do the paperwork at my vehicle. He told me to call when I came to pick up the computer and he would come out to me. I have gone to other computer repair shops and none offered to go the extra way for me. They would hold.

My computer works great and I have an old NetBook that if I can't get it to connect to the internet with his advice, I will take it to Elite Computer Repair. He has all 5 stars reviews and I now know why!

I don't see how to leave a new review regarding another Exceptional experience with Elite Computer Repair so I guess I just have to add on to a previous review. When I thought the service I had received before was Above and Beyond, Freddie has proven me wrong. I had a computer dropped off because I was unable to take it to his shop. After The repair was completed I didn't have a way to pick up the computer, And this is where freddie went Above and Beyond again. I dont write reviews often so I genuinely mean this from the bottom of my heart. Thank you so much for saving my computer!!! This is the BEST business in town. Freddy, you truly saved me during that time and I can’t thank you enough! I came here two years ago with hard drive issues. I was getting blue screened to death and lost all of my items. I originally went to another repair shop only to find out they took parts out when I canceled on them for their high consultation fees. I called Freddy asking for a consultation after having some issues at another DFW computer repair shop. Freddy was so considerate and informative throughout the entire process. He took his time with the repair and walked me through the process of parts and tips that I can incorporate for maintenance. Freddy has DECADES of experience and has trained his apprentices all so well. If I could rate the service more than 5 stars I would. Since Freddy fixed my computer I was able to graduate college online, start my career in the gaming industry and start my twitch career online! I couldn't thank Freddy more enough for giving me the time, space and consideration to get my computer fixed. Hands down a down to earth family company right here...

I don't think there's a rating high enough that I can offer this place. If you aren't sure of where to go, I looked at surrounding places and specifically chose this one because of their excellent reviews and the reviews below - and I'm so glad I did!

My computer had been acting up off and on for months, and after numerous attempts at replacing parts etc. I realized I needed professional help. What can I say? Rather, what can I NOT? The service here is IMPECCABLE. They know what they're talking about, are incredibly knowledgeable and also surprisingly swift in their work. I was able to get text updates as I couldn't use calls and I very much appreciated the direct approach. Letting me know where I was in line, what they needed to test since my computer was kind of on the fritz and kept tricking us... I was treated with kindness and respect, prices were MORE than reasonable and the timing as well as service both on my pc and interpersonally were superb.
