Papa Murphy's | Take 'N' Bake Pizza — Restaurant in Arlington

My food was fine but the service at the Smokey Point location was terrible. I did an online order and waited an appropriate amount of time to go pick up my order so that I could grab it off the prepay rack and go. When I arrived the store looked closed. There was nobody around. The OPEN sign was off and there were no employees in the front of the store. I walked in and checked the rack for my order, there was nothing. Two employees came out and I said I was picking up an online order. One of them said he would start it. The other asked me if it was prepaid. I know things don't go perfectly all the time but this just felt like pure laziness. They were clearly not busy. And on top of it, when I order online I am forced to pay a tip at checkout, a minimum of 15%. I HATE that! Tips are for good service. If I'm pre-tipping, I feel like my order should be ready or at least started on when I come at the appropriate time...

Ordered a pan mushroom. Got it home and it had pepperoni on it. ..so I drove clear back there. They remade it. Got it home, and the crust was very thin and dry and not like the usual moist and thick pizza that I always order. There were barely any mushrooms on it and it was not up to par at all. I was very disappointed. ..so I called and complained, which is something I never do. The very young "manager" argues with me, stating there's no way that it could be dry because she sauced it herself...and that she would "talk" to the girl who made it. Normally I should've been offered a coupon for a different pizza...or at least $1 off...or something. Not the way I would run my business. They weren't even busy at the time. Disappointed. I don't make a lot of money, so ordering a pizza is a treat that I got for my family. Only one of the 3 kids ate it. Dry and crunchy...and it stuck to the pan....

Last five times been there: 1) lost my order, 2) forgot to make my order, 3) made my order wrong, 4) only made half my order, and 5) could not find my order. Everyone is nice, but this is ridiculous. I've actually ordered from Smokey Point 2x recently and drove an extra 20 minutes round trip to have my order done right. Thought I'd try 5 minutes from home again ... and got result #5. I like the product. The people are all friendly, but if I'm going to end up waiting an extra 10 - 20 minutes and have to have my order redone ... I might as well drive the extra 20 minutes round trip further away to...
