Texas Style Burgers & Wings — Restaurant in Arlington

This is the very first place that I found to eat when I move to Texas in 2016 so been going there faithfully every since the best thing is the fried chicken salad plenty of others but that's my favorite so I went there today and ordered two large chicken salad with extra chicken extra ranch dressing and a 8-piece wings $26 worth of food and when I got in the car to check my food the salads were short like it though it was less than it usually is the extra chicken they put in the container separate which I didn't understand that because it wasn't nothing in the containers it was maybe five pieces of very small chicken like you would feed a child could you put it on top of the salad and I might wouldn't have eaten even notice that it was such a small amount for a dollar left off the tomatoes off of one salad so I went back in side to dress my food being a little off than it usually is the cashier who is normally okay was nonchalant about it it was like it was nothing to me a regular customer so I just cancel the whole order that all of my money back it'll be a minute before I go back I give them time to get a stable cook or whatever the case may have been but the nonchalantness I did not like I did not like my food looking like when you order to go forward and sometime you don't check it until you get home and you realize your full look less than or not right that was a situation like that it just happened so that I said in the car and checked it before I left so today my rating is not a good rating for them I see them in 3...

Worst experience ever. I bought wings, and tacos. They gave me one lol thing of ranch sauce. When I asked for another, because I had a 12 piece wing, they said no. But I’m a customer at this restaurant, smh. I asked for water, they said the fountain machine doesn’t have water. After I ate my food I asked could I just put some Ice in my on cup. Mind u it’s over 100 degrees outside. They told me for 50 more cents. What in the world type of restaurant treats their customers this way. Well I’ll tell you! ‘TEXAS STYLE BURGERS & WINGS,DOES!!! It’s almost laughable that an establishment can treat a paying customer this way. Just unbelievable. Also be aware that the boneless wings are NOT AS ADVERTISED! Not even close. And don’t even taste like wings, or even look remotely close to the picture. Smh Tacos, and other food are ok if u are hungry. It’s not nasty but not good either. After eating you would not say, Ah that was good. Absolutely not. Nothing to brag at all bout. But like I said it’s not gross either. It’s just something to eat when u are hungry witch means it’s most definitely over priced!! Customer service needs improvement badly. And for that reason alone! I probably will not be returning. I don't know what to make of this place. It is a mom and pop burger + catfish + wings joint. It is a bit obscure because it is not facing the main street and the mall it is in, is not particularly exciting. Most people go to this area for grocery at nearby Kroger. But they do have loyalists. Service is slow around lunch time. Usually it is a cook and a cashier/waiter who helps out in the kitchen as well. Decor is dated. There are obvious attempts to make it like neighborhood sport bar wirh posters ans funny banners but they half-assed it. Then there are three old and dusty arcade video games at a conner, I don't anybody plays them. The wall is kinda brown, with brown/red chairs. The place kinda dim, can use a bit more light. Food is typical neighborhood burger joint quality - nothing special. One time I ordered two-catfish basket and was surprised at how big the fillets were. They were huge.
