Absolutely one of the best pizza I’ve had for years! This place I want to say I was lucky enough to find this treasure! You don’t believe me find out for yourself! This is one of them hidden spots no denying that! I’ve gone to Joes pizza & Brooklyn’s Best this is killing them ! Pay attention to detail! The guy was so friendly and great communication for a small pie shop! I have to give credit where it’s due! The guy even helped me understand that I didn’t need to add extra marinara on top since the crust is something so delicate nice n crispy like 👍🏾 from Italy! Please experience for yourself! Ordered from Uzy's for the first time this evening. Used their website without knowing much what to expect. About an hour later, the owner of the store arrives with our order and a string of apologies stating that their store has had the worst evening. As an appeasement, she offered to credit back all charges and declined the delivery tip. In all honesty, any other pizza place that delivers to our address would have taken AT LEAST as long! The pizza is often cold, and orders are usually wrong. So this owner's response to her store's "shameful" service came as a surprise. I haven't received that level of service in forever from Any business. Much less a fast food delivery. I hope the owner reads this review and knows that the food was tasty, fresh, and delivered in what I'd consider a reasonable amount of time. Their employees this evening did a fine job on my order and deserve the tip they were given. No apologies were needed, though the gesture was appreciated! This was our first time trying the pizza and we picked it up and took it home. We purchased the garlic knots and supreme pizza. The garlic knots were a huge disappointment! They were pretty tiny, Dense and covered in sauce and cheese. They actually lacked the garlicy flavor. They were unlike any garlic knots I’ve eaten and were the least favorite of all garlic knots I’ve ever eaten. The pizza looked promising, and my husband who grew up in NY liked the chewiness of the crust. I thought it was just ok, even bland. I really had a problem with the sauce which was too sweet for me. I didn’t particularly like the peppers on it, which also had a sweetness to them. The pizza didn’t reheat that well. It was pretty greasy. For me, my pizza itch wasn’t scratched.
