Hanna's Mexican Fusion Restaurant — Restaurant in Arroyo Grande

Second time I had food delivered by DoorDash I ordered what was listed as a taco salad that said grilled vegetables, rice beans, lettuce, salsa, guacamole, and sour cream I received beans on the sides and rice on the side and a salad nothing else Since DoorDash will only refund you but not have your meal sent back out I’m 75 years old much as I hated to. I drove to the restaurant I had waited 40 minutes for the delivery. The young man at the counter was very nice. It seems though that they have one person at the counter even when I eat there who takes your order’s phone orders delivers your food, buses the table it’s a lot and one cook. I had to explain to him several times and show him on the menu on my phone on DoorDash when you check it what it says comes with it the price he took pictures of it. He sent it to his boss. I don’t know what happened, but he said OK. He talked to the guy in the kitchen who was way behind and so it was another 40 minutes and I waited for my tostada And. Make mistakes I get home and it’s still not correct. There’s no guacamole there are no grilled vegetables. It’s a tostada shell with lots of good kinds of lettuce little bit of rice and beans no guacamole no grilled vegetables so by now it was like nine 930 at night. I am sad to say this has happened to me twice and a friend of mine once I guess I should’ve checked it while I was there, but I just assumed they understood me anyway I do love going there when they have music that kind of thing but I’m just afraid to order food unless I order it there cause then they will correct it on the spot. I still wish them well. They are nice people but at my age it was not fun to drive back and still get the wrong stuff and drive back...

Tried this place out for the first time a few days ago. While the service was above average, the food was not. Good idea to ask what is not available before deciding on a dish. Food does not taste like it is fresh prepared … more like restaurant service food that has been either reconstituted, microwaved, or reheated. Beans are not refried, just plain pinto beans in a soupy, bland sauce. The lower prices (than other local Mexican restaurants) do not make up for the lack of taste and quality....

Tried the two combination dinners. The seafood tacos all had a lovely guacamole based sauce and cabbage on them. The salmon was the best of the three. The carnitas and pastor were well flavored but the chicken was very bland and had little taste. The salsa for the chips was very mild. The green salsa had a bit of a bite and went well with the fish tacos. The dining room though was very cold! It’s a large empty room and I’m sure they will do something to crate some...
